Got here in the US  3weeks ago, and just last week we went to the social security administration to get SSN and the agent told me that it'll take up to 6weeks for me to get my ssn. For anyone who has done it, did it really take that long? Thank you in advance.

So i called NVC today and their agent (Nikki) told me that they received our case. She was nice. Also she told me about the usual "wait for 8 weeks" before getting a case number. Is it acceptable if i call them everyday? Because i saw a lot of people here doing the same thing. (NOA 2 november 13)

My advice is move away from asking those who are not so familiar with how things tend to work in the Philippines because you may miss something that could have been already asked or you could ask.

they have their own copy, though i think some consulates may ask you to bring a copy

we didn't make a copy. Will this be a problem? I was seeing some posts asking if you should bring the packet to the interview? I'm from Philippines btw.

Hello kababayans 🇵🇭! We are one week since our petition was approved (noa2). Is it true that all the slots for december interview are taken? We're still waiting for our case number hopefully we get on the end of the month or early December. 

Does anyone got a small mistake(parents birth date for example) on their I129f and DS 160 and still got their visa approved?

Hi everyone. So our NOA2 hasn't arrived yet, and my company here in Philppines are planning to visit the company's main office at US as a tour. Our manager is gonna apply for our visa to US. Are the embassy gonna find our about my pending k1visa?? Will it affect my visa?
