At 6:20 am this morning I received via email ONLY notification of NOA2.  The apps still have not updated and I did not receive a text message.   The hard copy is still on the way.    Best of luck to all Still waiting!

How come April NSC filers are getting their NOA2 and not March filers? 😓😭

This feels like everyone just stopped working at Nebraska, like im not seeing any approvals from NSC. Its dead stop usually you see leftovers of Jan still posting for their approvals.

I see a lot of approvals on February thread too. March filers  let's remain optimistic,  our time is coming.. Hoot hoot📣📣📣.

March 12 here🙋‍♀️... Guys, I've been for so long waiting for the day that I will be  able to finally bring my husband in to the United States and start our new inseparable journey together the way it is supposed to be... like husband and wife, together. FAITH GUYS👏!!!  And lots of positive vibes for each one of you!!! We are almost there Marchies ☘️

I think there are less applications for Permanent Residents than citizens. A lot of citizens (of which many naturalized in the last two years) filed I-130 applications not only for spouses and children but also for both parents so there are many more applications than residents. Also, in the past two years or so there has been massive rush for citizens to sponsor relatives due to some obvious reasons which has lead to a strain on USCIS resources leading to more delays in approvals. But at the end of the day we must respect the process and hope things improve. We might see a lot of movements for March 18 filers in September so one month to go and the waiting game continues.

I know right.. My pd is March 9th.. I hope we all get our noa2 soon.. Fingers crossed!

Marriage Certificate and Marriage license are often used incorrectly.  So based on my line of work.  I'll try to explain as best as i can.  The license is like the permission granted for you to go and get married.  While the marriage certificate is the done deal after being married.  So if it is the your question is about the marriage certificate,  it's best you get the record amended before filing because you would not want to be in situation where u don't have evidence to support your claim. For eg: wife n husband living in separate county at the time of marriage in this case 3/8/18. While there is no proof of travel from either party ( so how was yhe the wedding done if either person didn't travel) . Or if it is that u already submitted documents with the incorrect date,  the key is consistency... so work with the said date throughout the entire process.
