Thank you so much for this reminder! I check the app and my mail daily, but I rarely sign onto the desktop sites. No mail correspondence yet, and the app still shows our case was received, after checking the new site, we are approved!!  Our case shows as received on 01/30/18 on the new site, old site and app.

You and me both.  I just got back last night from a 5-week trip to see my fiancee.  It was so nice to see her, but we were both really sad to see me go back home.

I am by no means happy he lost the job but yes, it could mean a positive thing. It would be really nice to see each other. However some people around him say it would be wiser to save money for when we’re married which I totally understand and in any other circumstance I’d agree. But there’s enough benefits to a visit that far outweigh the cost (in my opinion). Anyway fingers crossed. 😁😁

Yes, I received this error message as well. Maybe they are doing system upgrade or something??

Hi guys. We got our approval on 7/24. But the NOA 2 came this friday 7/27. My case status in the website still say "received". I think that is not update. Maybe many of us  have been approved and doesn't know anything for this website. Please have a lot of patience. Your approval is coming soon. 

It varies to be honest with you. It may be a long wait for me but maybe (hopefully) it will be a different case for you. 

I reported early this morning of our approval.  I want to thank everyone for their comments and being so supportive.  Junrey says he hasn't been able to sleep since I told him.  I'm still coming down from the emotional rush.
I want to take the time to  make some comments about my K1 application for others who may feel they didn't do everything correct.
I submitted our application before I found VJ.  I just did everything the application and instructions asked for. 
After finding VJ I found so many things I did not do and believed there was a good chance for RFE.
1.  I didn't "frontload" the application.  I sent no photos (other than passport size photos requested)
2.  We sent one letter stating our intentions to marry.  We both signed and dated the same letter.  The letter contained one sentence.
3.  We sent one letter describing the circumstances of our meeting in person within the last 2 years.  The letter contained no more than 3- 4 sentences.
4. I did not provide a cover letter but did provide a cover sheet listing everything included in the application.
5. I did not provide copies of every page of my passport as it was not asked for.  Just the photo page and entry stamps.
6. I provided boarding passes, itineraries, and Airbnb reservations (by the way Tagaytay is beautiful)  that contained confirmations from both of us.
 
I had followed the application instructions,  but as time passed began to have doubts as to whether it was convincing.
When it comes down to it, we really don't know their criteria.
This journey teaches patience and there is still more patience needed.
 
 Thanks again for the support.  I will continue to follow because I want to see the excitement as everyone gets their approval.

So so many cases on my date and past my date approved, I’m hoping I’m not gonna be in the 200+ days batch...#hopingforamiracle

I’m on the same page, I keep thinking “so close — yet so far away” 

We aren't forgotten! Never let it get you down, it's possible the case is delayed for a myriad of reasons and "being forgotten" is the least among them.
 
Be patient, keep talking to your fiancee about the future and look forward to that! Do not let uncertainty drag you down.

GUYS!!!! I checked my email this morning thinking it was going to be nada like it has been every single day these past 2 weeks but lo and behold there was an email from USCIS saying that they took action! WE ARE APPROVED!!!!! 
NOA1 Old: 1-12
NOA1 New: 1-18 
NOA2: 7-27

I was up early when my phone beeped with a email from USCIS!!  I jumped up and went to my PC to check the status of our case.  I had to keep calming myself down to type.  This is what I found.
We were January 26th received date on old site.  I think our new website date is January 30th. 

I really hope you guys get your approval soon if you haven't already!
 
I didn't get an email, weirdly, and when I checked four hours ago it was still at received - maybe they're doing overnight updates?

 I’m still crying 😭 

Another week and not good news!!! 😭😭😭 I feel January is almost over and feel disappointed 😞. Hope next week we can see lots of approvals for all of January filers. Lets have hope and all think positive so our energy make it work!!! Hav fun weekend everyone. I have a big garage sale so I hope it goes fast and dont be anxious. 

Urgh. I've never hated Fridays so much. Now we need to wait till Monday until they do anything again.
