Did you get an email or text with tracking number? Did you pay the immigrant visa before your husband crossed over again?

Thanks for the kind words. That 2 day turnaround is awesome 😎

Nope we only received an email saying his packet was ready to get picked up since he waited in Juarez for it. We tried tracking it and no luck at all like NOTHING.  he didn't pay his immigration fee over there I'm actually trying to pay it here but I think I have to wait a few more days so if you can pay it over there you should to get it over with and you're welcome, yes 2 days is not bad at all 😁

Help! I'm trying to pay my husbands USCIS immigrant fee but I don't know where to find the numbers I have to put in to pay I tried putting a pic but my phone wouldn't let me, where it asks 'your alien registration number' and it starts with an 'A' then the 'DOS case ID' if it's on the Visa where exactly? I think they were suppose to write it on the paper they gave him but it's not there they just circled the price it'll be and where to log in😌😫

EDIT: IGNORE PLEASE I FIGURED IT OUT I HAD BEEN DOING IT RIGHT I THINK I JUST NEED TO WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS 😁

My husband left yesterday night from Central Texas to CDJ. It took approximately 10hrs but he finally made it. He said crossing the border was difficult (due to all the steps he had to take). He is at his first appointment now and I can tell that he is ready to return to the States. He said it (CDJ/MX) is not like anything that he had imagined/remembered (he has been here in States since teenager).

What questions did they ask your husband? My husband's interview is on Tuesday (5/29/18). This entire process has been very humbling. Congrats on your approval, to God be the glory!

Sorry I just saw your comment but I also saw your husband got approved congratulations to the both of you! How exciting!! My husband got approved last Tuesday and got his passport back on Thursday at about 3pm Juarez time so I'm sure your husbands case will be the same

Congrats!! Yes, I've been involuntarily conjuring up all sorts of ways ours could end badly. I think I'm reading too many people's stories. At least I know what things to prep and forewarn my husband about, which I didn't before. Enjoy your freedom!

Yes! Give him positive words so he can go in that appointment confident in himself 😊

Congrats!! QUESTION: So they asked him if he had un "intento de entrada" other than the time that he actually came into the US?

Thanks and yeah they did, I'm sure they asked him that because they already had on file his fingerprints from that time he got caught in the border trying to cross but got caught and kicked out, probably trying to see if he would lie about it

My husband got approved in Ciudad Juárez! What a weight off our backs!!! After 2 years and 6 months we're finally done with this 😊😊😊😊😊

He said they asked him the date of our marriage and asked how many times he had came to the U.S. he said once then they asked if he's ever had an 'intento de entrada' (don't know how to say it in english) and he said yes! Since about a year before he came (10 years ago) he had tried coming but got cought in the process and got kicked out. And the only papers they asked for was our marriage certificate and his birth certificate and that's it! Edit: they also asked for the police certificate paper

There is someone who recently (March 2018) had an interview in CDJ who said you can get the police certificate in CDJ. I was private messaging this person and he confirmed that he is not from Chihuahua. He received the police report the same day.

image.png.0b250d22d7fe9e1994471ba608cd13c8.pngwe asked our lawyer about it on Thursday and she said people were getting them there but it depends on who interviews you sometimes they don't accept that one and they want one directly from where you're from so she said to not take that chance and get it from Michoacán and only as a last resort she gave us the address to where my husband can get it in Juarez

Thank you all - now I now what to look for!

So my husbands appointment in Juarez is on the 22 and he was suppose to leave from here (California) on the 19. We sent to Morelia, Michoacán the papers that were needed so a family member could get the police report for him instead of going himself, we send it through FedEx and long story short it still hasn't gotten to it's destination so now my husband has to go all the way to Michoacán to do everything himself thanks to FedEx! Now he's leaving this Monday. Everything is happening so quick and we're both stressing out pretty bad, I know there's others with the appointment coming up also I'm just going to keep praying everything ends well for all of us.

How long did it take after case complete to get your interview date for ciudad juarez? My husband and I are waiting for appointment there are case completed on April 14th

Our CC was on January 30 and I believe I received the interview appointment by phone on March 28 so 3 long months of waiting but 2 months to get ready which is good and bad. It's a long time to get prepared but you just want to get it over with already

    Hi,

Check out the consulate reviews for Mexico on this site. It is a guy there who recently had his interview and he also received the police certificate while in Juarez. He said its about 90 pesos (and they only take pesos). He went to the "fascilica" (hope I'm spelling that correctly), and they gave it to him the same day while he waited.  A birth certificate and a document with a local address is needed (hotel receipt worked) for the person who wrote the review.

    Hope this helps!

Thank you, I'll look more into it 😊

  12. For people going to cdj, my husband lives here in the U.S. but he needs a carta de antecedentes no penales from Morelia, since he is from Michoacán. I have heard that he can get it from the police department in ciudad Juárez, I've seen videos on YouTube about people talking about it too but I'm just not sure. Has anyone from a different state got that paper in ciudad Juárez? His interview date is May 22 btw
