  1. All the shots he so rabidly endorsed for others did him in. Stopped after 3, but damage was done. And no, his youth surgery for part of lung removal wasn't it. 1st shot - severe sciatica a week after, 2nd shot diverticulitis, knee issues, can't walk 3rd shot, incisinal hernia (someone effed up surgery so back to hospital?), lung issues including pneumonia, no more walking...
  2. That's not quite correct. We've seen plenty approved and OP can find more on the uscis website. Personal beliefs also covered as long as there's some indication the person hasn't taken any vaccines in the past X years.
  3. You as a sponsor are required to complete and mail in I-865.
  4. 90 days before expiration you should send out I-751 form. Find it on USCIS.gov Make sure to read the guide for removing conditions on here so you can assemble the packet properly. Moved to Removing conditions forum.
  5. I think the official way to do is to get a REDRESS number through CBP - they sort it out in the background and you never find out what happened, but you're no longer pulled into secondary - and there's a place to enter it when traveling.
  6. Since your spouse is already in the US, no need for you to enter jointly. They'll ask you at POE where the spouse is - just let them know your spouse is waiting in the arrivals area.
  7. Listed country is PI, not Japan - says married my wife in Japan, not that she's Japanese...
  8. Why didn't you file for wife's naturalization already? Your PCS orders should be able to get you 319b naturalization or at least faster processing.
  9. We always stuck to European brands - Gorenje (Slovenian), Karcher (German), Beko (Turkish) - apparently behind Viking these days - we used for washer, dryer, dishwasher. But you also have to look at country of manufacture - if it's China and not EU, I don't buy it. Couple years ago we were in Egypt - Sharm el Sheikh and our room had a small kitchen that also included a washer - some off brand called Tornado but that was the first time in over 10-15 years that I've seen the cycle for 90 degree whites wash - these days max you'll see is 60 degrees (all in Celsius, I can't do F). I bet you that machine lasted for years vs current replace after 5 years. https://blog.yaleappliance.com/which-appliance-companies-manufacture-different-premium-brands
  10. Fully registered birth certificate. Hospital one is usually not accepted.
  11. She definitely would've had a copy of DS-2019. You need it for various proofs, including if you want to leave and re-enter the US - has to be endorsed. Your typical letter size paper.
  12. What's your status - GC, USC? Asking as you posted this in bringing family members of LPR forum. If you're an LPR you can't file for a sibling or parents, have to wait until you're a USC - then it takes about 2 years for parents and 15-25 years for a sibling.
  13. If you don't know, list unknown. If you need more lines to answer the question than provided, separate sheet of paper with the question number and your details at the bottom should be the way.
  14. RFK Jr has just been confirmed as HHS secretary so I'd postpone your medical exams until April (I think that's when they no longer require flu shot for exam) and wait for the covid-shot requirement to be removed from immigrant medicals. If the covid shot is not available anyway in your country, the local med doctor performing exam should give you blanket waiver on it. Or you can go the I-601 waiver route but that's $$$ and time.
  15. If you had MMR, do the titers - it will show immunity. Same for any other vaccines you already received.
  16. Why didn't you seek equivalency evaluation by ECE (ECE.org) or another company? I think WES is another one (WES.org).
  17. Umm, wouldn't he have become a USC after entering on IR-2 visa? Did you go apply for his passport?
  18. ~This doesn't sound like DCF case - more like regular consular processing as both spouses need to do interview. Moving to Immigrant visas forum. ~
  19. If she has a valid drivers license and unrestricted SSN card, that's all you need for employment purposes. EMPLOYEE not employer decides which documents to provide for I-9 form.
  20. Says on their website they're processing limited number of immigrant and non-immigrant visas: https://iq.usembassy.gov/immigrant-visas/ Perhaps you'll be one of those cases.
  21. So horrible. Complete a medical treatment (little girl) and going back home with her mother and perish like this.
  22. If it's one of those forms that has translation of boxes in 15 different languages in the bottom of the page - we did not translate that. It was already called international marriage certificate.
  23. So it's all on the immigration officer at POE - if you have pre-clearance in Germany, all the better. But best to be prepared - letter from the job, proof of return ticket, life in Germany.
