My prority date is in 12/2017 and a friend of mines sent i130 in last month her priority dates is 03/2018 and her case number is working. We are both in same service center (Texas). .........-_-

I have the same issue - my priority date is December 2017. The call center says its a glitch and nothing we can do.

Question to the group: Regards to filing taxes -

Will my spouse need my 2017 tax filing to take with her during the interview or the 2016 file will work?

I am thinking to take an extension for filing 2017 taxes until my spouse gets to the states and gets her SSN so that i can file Joint tax return as i was married in 2017. Thoughts?

Hello Guys - I filed I130 for my wife from India. My Priority date is December 6th, 2017. The filing center is SRC - (texas).

no further update. 

How many months do you think it will take to receive the approval letter?

If i change her middle name - Will it affect the i130 form that has already been submitted? do i need to update the form?

I have filled i130 for my spouse to get her the visa for USA 2 months ago, should i change her middle name right now? does that matter or should i change the middle name after she gets the visa on her indian passport.
