We were approved on September 17th, but got a paper NOA2 on September 21th. On the same date our status in USCIS account changed to "Case was approved".
Soooooo happpyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone!
I got an email today saying "We have taken an action on your case" and WE GOT APPROVED!
I got denied US tourist visa in July and just yesterday found out my fiance made a couple of mistakes in the petition, so I was not even hoping for RFE anytime soon, I am not saying for approval.
Ughh, it's such a cool feeling, it's like I can finally breath🙆♀️ wish everybody to experience it as soon as possible!
Old website: January 30
New website: February 2
NOA2: August 16

Just called uscis for the heck of it and I was approved.
Noa1 old site: Jan 8
noa1 new site: Jan 10
rfe: 7/27. Rec in mail on 8/2
rfe response: sent 8/2 acknowledged by uscis 8/7. Was delivered to them 8/5
noa2: 8/14
hufe relief and a test of patience.
i hope they pound the rest of January and finish off with approvals for all remaining. Good luck to all of you!

The will send and receive as a trial but then you have to pay. But the little you would use it for it will be free on the trial. I use it from time to time and it has always worked for me.

RFE: 26th July 2018
RFE hardcopy received: 30th July 2018
RFE response sent: 31st July 2018
RFE response received: 3rd August 2018
NOA2: 8th August 2018

My fiance called them at 8 am, they asked him all the case data and promised to call him back with information about RFE. After 2 hours they called him back and explained, that copy of his Divorce Certificate (he was previously married and divorced) missed the judge's signature. They told that is only one thing that hold approval of our case.

Today i received the same email saying they last took action on our case July 19th..... Trying to figure out what does it mean..... Hope it is a good sign and our approval is already close)))
