yes, it was a nerve wracking..the co having a great time with my interview the scanner wasn't ready so we talked abit more like 5 mins and all he ask from the files that i bring a pic of us together...checked my status today ap this afternoon. hope you guys will fix your aka nbi problem, you have a wondeful family, rose seem very nice and the kids....congratulations john..we all deserved a good tap at the back..

hi, a valid passport as a proof of citizenship nobody questions that did I?, see and read what he meant.. if you seen the i134 page 1, 11a it ask there the certificate of naturalization number and the same time also in 129f.. so if you been through that process you have to provide your certificate of naturalization since in our case we have the same problem before..so if i suggest something that is still up to him if he will do it or not..

hi, we had the same problem but ours was when we applied for i-129f, my fiance got his citizenship as well as through naturalization and it was being ask in the the i129f but what we do to get his naturalization number  he scheduled himself in uscis and ask them directly his naturalization number, year and the place  lucky for him the uscis give it to him and then we applied for i129f, we eventually approved without taking the form (N-6oo) that would takes months to get it,... now in i134 it was asked again but this time no difficulty since we know it.. my thoughts for you is to get an appointment ask them directly  your naturalization number..it works for us eventually it will work for you..

i started calling last monday to weds the nvc kept saying no we havent received your case, i was out in bacolod for a night that is whole thursday and when i called last friday evening (phil time) the girl said i had the mnl case number..i dont know how that happened, hehehehe but total 8 working days..try calling on monday i used the non immigrant line faster no waiting time after one min someone will answer..hehehehe

So it is just a matter of technicalities, since the K1 doesn't mean that you can live indefinitely in the US but they know that you have to go through the green card process once you comply with all the requisites.
