1. Unless Moscow has gone e-packet, the envelope will be attached
3. What $220 fee?
5. Passport control not customs whom will inspect her and the envelope
8. Adjustment of status, advanced parole and work authorization at the same time
I saw it online during my recent research making sure my fiance is ready to enter the country.
Thanks for the info, I can put that money towards the adjustment and what not.

Can someone either direct me to, or inform me of the next steps to take after visa issuance?
The visa was issued from Moscow. As I understand it this is what is supposed to happen now (please correct me if I am wrong)
1. My fiance is supposed to pick up her passport and possibly a sealed packet of documents.
- What happens if she is not given this packet upon pick up?
2. We book her flight to the USA
3. Pay an immigration fee? ($220) with a piece of paper given when the passport is picked up.
4. She arrives at the POE sealed packet and passport in hand
5. She arrives at customs, gives packet, possibly has another interview of sorts, possibly taken to a secondary location for document processing
6. We are hopefully finally reunited
7. Get married within 90 Days
8. File for status adjustment (pay near a month's salary)
- Does this have to be immediately after marriage?
- That is a lot of money to pay at one time
9. Wait for a green card and do all the junk with adjusting status
Have I missed anything? Am I totally correct? I love how half of this process is just digging around the internet searching for information hoping that it actually pertains to your situation.
I am happy that at least we are closer to being able to sort through this mess together.

On the CEAC website we are labelled as "issued." What does this mean?
Also the passport is ready for pickup in Moscow but it's only been two days since submission of additional documents. Can we actually get the visa this fast?

We had a similar situation. We needed an additonal police certificate which we submitted two days ago to Moscow.
Now on CEAC we are "issued" and the passport is available for pickup. Is it possible that they moved this fast?

On CEAC we are labeled as Issued.
Travel docs Russia just emailed my fiance that the passport is ready for pick up. Will we get any other info? We are super nervous since we don't know for sure.
This happened only a 2 days after we submitted an additonal document. Can it be issued that fast?

Does anyone know how to obtain a Kyrgyzstan Police Certificate without having to go to Kyrgyzstan itself?
My fiance just had her interview in Moscow and was "denied" because we didn't have one. The interviewer even said everything else was great and we only needed this.

How often does the Moscow Embassy release appointment times? We've looked many times and they say they're full but open dates and times perodically.
Also now because we've looked many times TravelDocs is saying we must complete our transaction but we can't because there are no interviews available.
What's up with that?

When did you schedule her appointment? My fiance and I are scheduling in Moscow but on the site it says there are no appointments available. Full stop.

My fiance and I are nearing the end. Our case has been sent to Moscow, the NVC says it is ready. We've completed the DS 160, we have our paper work ready. As of now our thinking is to wait for a letter from Moscow saying what to do next/give us an appointment.
Do we need to wait for this letter or can we make the appointment ourselves? Is there anything we might be missing or skipping?
-
We are getting so confused. Our NVC case is listed as ready. Do we wait for Moscow to make the appointment or will they? The NVC just sent our packet on the 15th and said ready on the 18th.
We know what documents Moscow requires and are working on the translations and getting photos.

Approved on 24th no case number yet going crazy😣 but I have faith at the right time it will God willing
Make sure you call everyday. Wake up early and call to avoid wait times. Also send an email. It will come.

I checked CEAC and it says ready for the Moscow embassy, but it seems too fast. Should we actually be setting up the interview and medical or should we wait for instructions?
-
In transit. Hopefully we can start setting up appointments soon. I can almost see the finish line.

When should I expect the NOA2 physical letter if my fiance and I were approved on 9/24?
-
How long is the wait to get the paper approval? We were approved on the 24th of September.

My fiance told me to check when last March got approved and I saw people saying they sent earlier that us and got approved yesterday. I felt like checking and boom, USCIS said we are approved. I am buzzing I am so happy and my fiance was almost crying.

Why can't she if they proved domicile and the visa is already approved and the USC will follow in a few days?
That is what I thought. She will have a place to stay, our home in America, and I would be at least 12 hours behind her and at most 4 days. We would be reunited then.

No she cannot.
Is there any online resources where I can look at a rule for this? I didn't see anything for this in my search.

Can my foreign fiance enter the country without me the beneficiary? We both live in South Korea but her visa here expires before my job finishes. Could she enter the country a few days before I do? I doubt it would be an issue but betfer safe than sorry.
