Received a letter on September 5th that my ead was approved yet i have not received the card. My online status has not changed since case was received. Should i called OR keep waiting

still no updates :( hopefully today will be the day!! :) I see a lot of April filers are starting to get their EAD/AP and even interviews! Praying for our updates to come!!

I had my bio June 4th as well. My status online only states FINGERPRINT REVIEW COMPLETED but I’m in Boston. But congratulations!!! Im happy some May filers are starting to get interviews 😊😊😊

I don't think so. The update ( and unfortunately it does not always happen) happens after the biometrics appointment is done and it takes a few days after. But some people don't get updates...I got mine on both websites but a few days apart...
