Hey! I didn’t fill n400 as I got divorced and have to wait for the 5-year rule. My case wasn’t transferred and I didn’t have an interview! I did have an initial interview when I applied for the conditional green card.

Applied in May 2020, then applied for a divorce waiver in April 2021 - was approved on 3/4/22

I just provided my divorce decree and a letter asking to be switched to a divorce waiver.

Hey all! Just got the email to say my card is being produced! I applied in May 2020 and filed a divorce waiver in April 2021. Non transferred, no interview and no N400 application for obvious reasons 😬

Ha! See above...I hit the wrong button! 

Thank you! Oh, just the IO was a little more intense. He delved into where my sister and brother in law lived...which town my in laws lived in, was it the same town that my OH was born in...I was just a little shocked. It was more about the in laws than my marriage lol! 

Heyyyy! So we got approved today! Interview was a little more intense than expected but nothing we couldn't handle.

Turned up at 0815 for a 0830 appointment and we were called at 0840. The IO asked me questions about how we met, my OH's family and how often we saw each other during our LDR. Asked for joint documents and looked at some updated pictures and approved us there and then.

Just got the email to say my card is in production.

I am so relieved. It's surprising how much this process weighs a person down subconsciously.

So I have my interview on Thursday(got the letter on Friday)...which came as a bit of a surprise as I have had no electronic updates (on either system) since my EAD and AP were approved in February. Hoping it all goes well but I'll give you a rundown of the interview when I finish! 

Just got my EAD/AP combo card delivered. Happy doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling!!

You aren’t alone. Sometimes people receive approval mail without any online updates. According to processing timeline they still working on mid. november cases.

I had no online updates at all until way after I received my NOAs in the mail. As Dachis said, you are certainly not alone. 

Got an email last night that my EAD card has been mailed to me. I saw that some people got a tracking number or priority mail. I didn't get a tracking number and I'm not sure if it was priority mail. Or...am I getting it confused with the GC? Thanks all  

So I went for my infopass appointment on Tuesday! Waited for like an hour and 30 minutes from my appointment time to be seen but they were very nice. The lady was surprised that I hadn't had my biometrics and that I had already been approved for EAD/AP. Turns out that my original bio was scheduled for Dec 18th (didn't receive notice). I had already put a SR for that and it also turns out that they rescheduled me for another bio on Feb 7th (didn't receive that notice either). But I did receive my NOAs for EAD/AP. 

Anyway, a quick call to the bio peeps and I was sent straight through for my FPs. Tuesday night I got notice that my EAD card is in production so I guess they were just waiting for my biometrics to begin production. My notice date was 11/28/17. 

If in doubt, schedule an infopass appointment. They have access to your file, they don't read an awful script, and you don't have to wait 15 days for an answer.

That's why I was freaking out too. I'm due to fly back to the UK next month for my sister's wedding. I haven't received the card though so I'm not counting my chickens just yet. Hoping that my infopass appointment tomorrow will iron out all the issues.

Long time lurker here. I've had a lot of panicked moments calmed by your posts...so thank you!

Just wanted to give my experience with the whole process so far. I applied for AOS, AP and EAD on November 24th with a notice date of Nov 28th. Since then I have had no communications from USCIS, no biometrics, nothing. I have put in 2 service requests and have had no answers, so tomorrow I'm off for an infopass appointment (booked 2 weeks ago)to try and sort out my biometrics. Surprise, surprise when i got my mail on Saturday to say they have approved my EAD and AP (as of 02/02/18). I have had no emails, no texts and the online system hasn't been updated from 'Case received'. Just posting to give anyone panicking a little glimmer of hope.
