Well that sucks for me as for some reason I’m not signed up for email or mobile updates, must have missed that on the initial petition.

If for example I get an RFE will this show when I enter my case number on the USCIS website?

My Embassy has a Preparatory Packet 3 on the website. So, I can download it, prepare the documents without waiting for them to send it. 

 

*** It takes 1-7 days for NVC to send the case to the specific Embassy.

 

*** The Embassy contacts the Beneficiary and sometimes, the Petitioner to confirm that the Embassy has the case.

 

---> Some Embassies send the Packet 3 via email or by mail. My Embassy prefers email.

 

---> You can try to fill the online  DS-160 immediately you get your NOA2 and save it. When you get your case number, you finish it up, sign it and print out the confirmation bar code for the Interview.

What happens when I get the NOA2 exactly? I get a letter through the post? How long will it take to receive this? And how soon will I be able to book the medical/ interview slots?

Sorry yeah that’s what I meant, I beleive it’s around 6 weeks from NOA2 approval to interview.

Yes i'm well aware its going to be tough, but its something we are willing to do until i start working.

My parents live over there currently so i'm lucky in that sense in the fact they will be helping out.

Ok thanks for clearing that up for me. My fiance does not currently work so her mum is going to sponsor me instead. So just to be clear, both my fiance and her mother need to both fill out the I 134 forms?

Wow im hearing and seeing different forms whilst im researching and now im mega confused. Others are telling me its form i-864.
