Strange, so what am I supposed to do now??

No I never used an attorney. But I did change address 6 months ago?

My tracking says duplicate notice sent, please follow steps from notice. But it's just an approval letter? This was sent March 16 So it's been quite some time now. 

I have no tracking number ?

I received approval of my EAD over three weeks ago now but still have not received my card.Should I be concerned ?

I will get on the case then, I literally have no I.d right now though as I lose my U.K. passport so just applied for a new one. My interview is beginning of may so hopefully have enough time to do all this.

Ok so my AOS interview is coming up, me and my wife do not have a shared bank account, I am not on the lease (they won’t allow it until I have green card) all the bills are in her name seeing as I’m not allowed to work. So what the hell am I supposed to do for evidence ? 

I have no other form of I.D, however if I need to I can go do my drivers test and pray I pass.

So my interview for AOS is in 3 weeks and I’ve just realized that I have lost my UK passport. Where do I go from here!?? Panicking big time. Any help greatly appreciated

Yes! This is my problem though, during my medical in the UK I was missing 1 shot. They said I can get it done there or by my local doctor. Stupid me chose to get it done by my local doctor. I have researched this and the form my doctor printed out for me as proof will not be sufficient evidence for form I-693

Hello everyone, I just got my text to say they are scheduling my date for the interview. Now I did get a medical in the U.K but have lost my papers. Basically I want to redo all my vaccinations and medical in the states to be sure I have everything. Has anyone done this and how much did it cost them? Thank you!

A quick question if anyone can help me I would be greatly appreciative. So my sponsor has a household of 5 and earns just over 38k a year which means he earns enough to sponsor me for my visa I think!?? My question is as he will be sponsoring me do I need to add another person to the household (me) which means his household will in fact be 6. ???

It’s been 17 days since they received my aos packet (May 8th) and I am still yet to receive my hard copy of noa in the mail. Should I be concerned??

I thought so, thank you ! I fear I have made a huge mistake though, I recently moved and put my new address in my AOS packet but never updated it online, I’ve just done it now, I assumed updating it on the packet was enough 😕 been over 2 weeks since I sent it and not heard nothing yet.

So I recently sent off my AOS packet, I stupidly forgot to file the form to include updates by sms and email. Is there anyway I can check the status before receiving my NOA hard copy by mail?

How long after sending your AOS packet did you get confirmation in the mail? I’m on my 10th business day now, should I be concerned?

See now I’ve just checked the requirements and it states “must show that you applied for permanent status” form i-797 notice of action. What is form i-797 exactly?

Hey all, I’m in South Carolina and recently sent my aos packet off. I want to get my license ASAP and have read many conflicting answers. On the sc dmv website I can’t seem to find any answers either. So what is required for my to get my license here in South Carolina? Do I really need to wait for my EAD?

Sent A.o.s packet off yesterday anyone know of recent timeframes of when I can expect to have the final interview. I ask this because I need to make sure I have another medical for when this day comes. Also E.a.d really a 7 month wait? That’s crazy! I also need to get a drivers license, so I can just use my receipt no. for the n.o.a approval, correct? Thank you! 

I would have thought they would have the old address on file from my k1 visa?
