Ok guys RFE update:
Called tier 1 at 8am this morning when I got to work. Spoke with a young guy. He read his usual script of it’s going to take 60 days blah blah I said thank you can you transfer me to a tier 2 and he said for what. I said to speak about my case and he said for what. I said I have questions. He said WHAT questions. Really rudely and I said THANK YOU I WILL HANG UP AND CALL AGAIN. When I hung up I was like Oh Oh maybe he will flag my case so I hung up and called back really fast and got another young man. Explained my case all over again he said you’ve been approved and it’s been mailed out on the 21, approved the 20th. (Mind you I called the 21 and they read their usual script and said to wait 60 days) I said I figured that much since all the RFE was about was a letter of intent. And he said yes it says right here, your approved. 
 
So really it’s the luck of the draw. I just got home and have the approval in my hand. 
I called Aug 9 tier 1 said he saw something flagged TWO weeks prior but nothing sent. Next day RFE was issued and mailed. Received it the 13th. Over night es it the 14th. They received/processed  it the 16th and approved the 20th and mailed out the 21st and arrived today the 24th. 
 

Sorry for the long post but wanted to share what happened today....
Called USCIS 1st time tier one immediately transferred me to tier 2, left full name and was told 125minute wait time. Received call from tier 2 @5:10pm CST and was told “yes I see they took action on your case, you will receive notice in the mail 1-2 weeks” refused to tell me what action, and that they could not tell me whether approved or not....I hung up the phone with a feeling of something wasn’t right...I immediately called back and told tier 1 that I was just speaking to tier 2 about my case and that she was getting ready to tell me status of my case when it disconnected...white lie yes I know, tier 1 Ashley said; “oh on the 23rd they APPROVED your case you will receive notice in a few days!” 
 
I am still in complete shock at the same time it’s crazy how if it wasn’t for my gut telling me to call back I would have waited until Monday.... to my dear friends waiting.....KEEP CALLING everyone knows the answers to our questions so DON’T give up and don’t settle for the first time!!!!!!!!! 

Update on our case:  Last Aug. 10 we made the online inquiry and we have given a Service Request number thru Email. Just this evening we received this email response from USCIS.
 
I am feeling now a little at ease. I am just only hoping it will be an easy one to fix.

Good luck to you as well and everyone still waiting which I know seems like an eternity. Just for everyone's info, I have yet to see an update on the new website indicating an approval. Want me to throw a monkey wrench into everyone's "they no longer use the old site?" Logged into the old site just for old times sake....Here's the case history update on that site:
 
"On August 20, 2018, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number ################, was assigned to an officer for response."
 
Yet, nothing on the new site.....
 
Just wanted to share as although everyone says they don't update the old site anymore, they sure do.......so my advice is check the old site too.

Update: 
Got an RFE aug 9 by phone. Aug 13 by mail. Sent back Aug 14 overnighted and Aug 16 website said they have received it. Still nothing on the website. Called today and tied one said it’s still “processing” you know the usual script if it can take 60 days. It was a simple letter of intent. I don’t understand why everything takes forever! DAY 220!!

I have been trying to stay away as much as possible so I pop in like once a day lol...After reading everyone's RFE story I feel a little better because I was told on the 13th that we will get an RFE and up until now we have not received the hard copy and with my calling everyday I have only been told that it looks like they requested an RFE but it hasn't been generated or gone out yet. that is the latest and greatest on my end..... I vow to call everyday from now until I get the RFE Congrats to all that have been approved and May GOD grant everyone waiting the patience to hang on!

You can call USCIS next week. I have read to some people that they called few weeks after they sent back their rfe letter. 

Updates for fridays is usually Saturday, 5am EST. 
 
Almost the same as weekday updates of approvals. 

Some approvals have been updated over the weekend.

THAT my friend is a good letter....lol....yes my original just stated that I intended to marry him and the RFE was because there was no intent from HIM even though he signed it. So now I know..... a minute too late hahaha but Im hoping that your letter will help many more people in the future. Thank you for your attention, like always so helpful!  

I suggest keep on bugging them. The officers also told us we should be hearing before Sept. 10. But still we insists by calling them everyday. And there you go after 68calls jason made in total, they called him back saying they sent out our rfe letter.
 
Girls, we can do this. I know how it feels floating out of nowhere. Patience is always the key in this process. 

@Clecuona Thank you. Good thing we called them everyday. If we didn’t do it, I’m sure until now we are still floating for an unknown. Hoping you will get your NOA2 as soonest time.

You finally heard something Lucy! How exciting....my fiance and I met online too and noone asked about it.... My RFE and phone call to Tier2 was on Aug 9 and lookie lookie Aug 9 it says on the paper. If I wouldn't have called it would still be sitting at that computer like the Tier2 told me he didn't know why nothing had been sent out. It's ok.... those of us still waiting...everything has it's time and purpose, believe in that. Lucy you will get your RFE in no time, I got mine today. 

Call USCIS. Tell them you would like a copy of the fax copy of the RFE because you are on a deadline that can’t be extended. A tier 2 is the only one that has access to those systems. They can also read it to you and let you know what they are requesting. Don't take no for an answer. Hang up and call back for a different tier 2.
 
Did you guys meet on Cherry Blossoms? That is usually the one that pops up for Filipino's. I didn't meet my wife on a dating site but a chat room and we didn't have a problems with the IMBRA issues I guess because it was a chat room and not a site that you can view pictures and bios and then make the connection.  It will be simple to respond to the RFE and it won't take long afterwards to see your file move again to approval.

Omg we were kinda overthinking everything and saw a lot of videos on youtube, Vj, How to... i dont know..... that moment when u feel u are doing all by yourself and something can goes wrong.... and you want to check everything... I remember Kyle & I reading RFE list here and checking how our packet can answer that RFE....

My friend dont worry too much, we have seen RFE resolved in days after you send back the needed changes. Delay doesnt mean denial. you are blessed, there are still many who havent heard anything yet. there is a silver lining in your case.

Your RFE was not for not having two separate letters, it was because the letter you sent said, "I, Christina, am legally able and willing to marry Miguel, and I intend to do so within 90 days of his arrival into the U.S. using the K1 visa." and you both signed it.  The letter does not state, "We intend to marry each other."  Nowhere does Miguel state HIS intention to marry YOU.  I think that is the reason for the RFE.
