    So we were actually approved yesterday I just limit myself to checking once a day to prevent torturing myself with the dreaded “we’ve received your case” 😂

     

    We checked just after 4:30am (in Texas) this morning and saw our new approval message.

    About an hour later my fiancé received a text message from USCIS saying there was an update 🙌🏼 (Don’t worry USCIS we know we are addicted to refreshing your site) 😂

     

    BRING ON THE REST OF THE FEB APPROVALS AND ALL THE JANS AND 2017 CASES STILL HANGING IN THERE!!

     

    You guys are next ❤️

    Back ground checks are done on both parties. They wanna make sure everything is in order and that there is no criminal history that may effect either of u. 

    The more common the surname the longer the checks take.

    Don't know where we stand with this cos I have an extremely common surname and Jack has an extremely unusual surname so does that mean we cancel eachother out? 😂

    For u what I suggest u do. Take a screenshot of the horrid screen u have now. Print it off. Once u receive ur approval (just for old times sake). Place the paper or the screen and click refresh on ur browser as often as u like. The u will still have the ( we received ur case on X date showing. But will know a little secret. Under that paper is a approval. 

    Can shock and surprise ur self as often as u like doing this.

    Keep in mind everyone. That there are normally about 30% that will receive a silent noa2. With no email, text or web site update. Make sure u check ur mail daily. Can also sign up for usps mail notification delivery. 

    I hope this isn't me, I want the satisfaction of refreshing for the millionth time and finally seeing the magic words 😂

    Omg forgot about home depot! I mean we have similar stores here its no new concept but we went a couple of times when I was visiting at Christmas and it brings back good memories, I'm so weird 😂 if you asked me if I wanted a trip out to B&Q here I'd be like PASS
