update:
i-751 received: 10/30/2020
e-notification: None(Does anyone receive E-notification these days. USCIS seems to have forgotten how to send a message or an email)
i-797 dated: 12/02/2020
i-797 received: 12/07/2020
NB: Don't wait for that notification or worry about the mail coming. Pick up your phone, CALL USCIS(after 30days) to get your receipt number .

Thank you sooo much for your help!!!
We were finally able to talk to someone as well and we also received our receipt number over the phone. They said they have sent out the notice yesterday (12/02). Our case was received 10/30. We have not received any e-notification and the check has not been cashed yet (maybe it takes a few days to show on the bank account). So thankful that we finally know they received it.
Greeaaaat!!! I’m so glad i could be of help. I hope other october filers who haven’t gotten any response yet see this thread and try to call USCIS. Sometimes that E-Notification never comes. Did the “schedule Interview” trick work quicker to bypass the Computer voice automated call?

Yay, so happy for you that you finally received a receipt number : )
I just tried to call USCIS several times but was not able to talk to a representative, only a computer... Can I ask how you were able to get through to a live agent? Our case was also received 10/30. Thank you so much!
Oh, the computer bypass is the easiest part. Mention "Schedule Interview". it will ask you what interview. Mention "InfoPass". It gets you to a Tier 1 officer immediately, without putting you on hold. Let me know how it goes. lol i hope after posting these here, USCIS doesn't eliminate that option.

Thanks for the update.
That's interesting. Did you at least know the date when they cashed your check or charged your credit card before calling USCIS?
Hopefully you'll receive the NOA soon in mail. My received date is 11/02 and I need my NOA by 12/28 as it's going to be the first day of my new job. My GC expired on 11/26. 😣
yeah i just got that info from my bank today. December 1st.

I finally got an update in regards to my case. No notification, No text. But i called USCIS and i got a receipt number over the phone. My case was received on the 30th October but i heard nothing since then. The Tier 1 officer told me my case has been updated December 1st and a receipt notice has been sent to me. To other October filers waiting for responses, try to give USCIS a call because that Notification might never come even after filling form G1145. Goodluck.

31 days and counting. No check cashed, no text, no email. Received 10/29. I might as well just remain calm like everyone else. Any October filer in the same situation as mine???
-
i'm panicking.. This is the longest USCIS has spent stressing me out. documents were delivered 29th october.. Today is 23rd November. My check hasn't been cashed, no notification, no update on receipt of my package.. This is become a pain day by day because you worry about your documents getting lost somewhere. Anyone in the same shoes as i am? or Longer ?? Should i go fight my local USPS office? lol.

I have not posted in a long time.
FINALLY! My status changed to "Interview has been scheduled". Next week will make it one year since i applied for AOS. I guess Chicago is a busy city. Just a few questions.
1. I have a joint house lease, Joint car insurance, Joint bank statement, Joint Phone bills and A picture Album. Will that be enough to show proof of joint relationship with my spouse? Or do i need more than that. I have read on other posts where people took in loads and loads of documents. Does it really matter?
2.How soon will the interview letter get to my mail box after my status changed online?
- cumulonimbus, mighty836 and CE and JR

Combo card received in the mail today along with my SSN. Overall it's been pretty smooth since the 'we are producing your card' update exactly a week ago. Also relieved that my change of address went through OK - had seen some horror stories on this forum of things being sent to the old address.
LUCKY YOU..Card has been in production for over 2 weeks for me.. Still haven't received the combo card.

My status has been "We are producing your card and will mail it to you" for the past 10 days. I have gotten approval notice in the mail for both EAD and AP and also got a mail containing my SSN during this period but i haven't gotten my EAD CARD yet. Anyone had to wait over 10 days before getting EAD in hand?? This is getting frustrating.
-
I GOT MY APPROVAL NOTICE IN THE MAIL TODAY. But i haven't gotten my EAD yet. A social security card came in the mail today with my name. Does that mean i don't need to go to the SSN office to apply for one?? is this my SSN number.. It looked legit tho..

i got my approval notice in the mail for i765 today to my new address but i have another big question to ask. i got a social security card in the mail also and i haven't recieved my EAD yet. does the mean i don't need to go to SSN office to apply again??

Congratulations!
Ahhhh what a great day to wake up to several identical emails from USCIS saying "We are reviewing your case..." yawn! That was round number 3!
But.... this day is too sunny: No case trackers today, no waiting. Going to Busch Gardens (amusement park) here, and spend some time in "Germany" there with my hubs!
Have a great weekend everyone!thanks. You should get your approval soon also

i-751 October 2020 filers
in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Posted
Seems I'm the only person left in this group without greencard in hand. Well, USCIS still hasn't responded to my RFE. 92 days and counting. It's been mute ever since then.
Received RFE June 14, Submitted response July 7th. And it's been total silence. Oh, they acknowledged they received my response July 9th but it's been dead every since then. Any one waiting for USCIS to respond. it's sad been in this situation alone, and it will be nice to see similar people on this tough journey. At this point, i don't even want to call again. Frustrated to the point of just letting them do their thing. Might file form N400 but i don't have joint taxes because i never worked. My partner supported me all through med school.
My RFE documents:
Lease of old apartment 2019, 2020
Lease of New apartment 2021
Copy of Dental Insurance
Copy of Vision Insurance
Car Insurance
statement of account for both joint checking and savings accounts; (6 random statements for each account)
Just maybe it wasn't enough. Who knows? It Is What It Is. Mic drop.
