Does it create 10 jobs
Is it in an area you can go for the $900k assuming her investment is over $900k
E2 is relatively easy compared to EB5 and the amount involved is a lot higher.

Wow! this means they're moving much faster than anticipated for K-1 Visa Applications. I thought the timeline for California Service Center was September 17th.

Thank you! This is the best information so far. It makes sense and I will wait and follow the instructions from the interview. We need to prepare for a denial and at that time to consult with a lawyer on how to proceed.
