Prepare yourselves for the quickness after NOA2. I was told our case was sent to the embassy on friday and I already have the email with instructions to send documents back so we can schedule the interview. I am flabbergasted. Prepare yourselves mates. This goes waaaaaaay fast after your thing comes in the mail.

Hello Everyone Welcome to another dreadful weekend 
(This is the one and only place where we don't like holidays!)   How are your packing and getting ready activities going?   After packing for a 2 whole day (still not finished!) I'm sitting in a living room with oh so many boxes creating the perfect fortress around me!   Note that I feel old now....Every single muscle and bone is hurting in my body......   I'll be sending my poor giant fiancé with tiny woman shoes and dresses to US next time he comes... So the possibility of someone checking the suitcases is killing me (of any type of laughter you can imagine...that will be hilarious)   Hey Jules!!   With this weeks movement comparison between June-July, I can now officially say July is the main month! We all have friends waiting in June, and continue supporting them, however finally we are seeing USCIS moving forward!   I am still waiting lots of NOA2 approvals by mail, as you can see on the weeklies, that there are dates with close to no update online! My fiancé got home tonight and decided to check his mailbox (not expecting anything because it's Saturday). ....Our NOA2 has arrived! 🎉 No updates on the USCIS website or app, no email or text. Such an amazing surprise!

Hoping for approvals galore this coming week! 

I'm a July 17th filer and I just received my approval letter in the mail today! I got approval online on January 30th (no email or text) but when I look at the approval letter, it states that it was actually approved January 20th!
 
In conclusion, a lot of you guys could have already been approved weeks ago and don't even know it yet!

I just checked our case status on uscis.gov and it says we got approved on February 2!!!!! I'm so happy and I can't wait to tell my fiancée
 
The thing is, we don't know what our NOA1 notice date was because they never send us the hard copy in the mail (I searched the forum and people said as long as you have the case number, you don't need the hard copy). But online it used to say "Your case was received on July 27, 2017" and I got the e-mail with my case number and such on July 31, 2017.
 
Now I have a couple questions though, hope you guys can help me:
1. My fiancée is currently moving, and yesterday (the same day we got approved) we changed her address with USCIS and USPS. Do you think this could cause any problems, or should we get the NOA2 to the new address just fine?
2. I was planning to visit her in the US from February 22nd til March 10th. But I've read that it is not advisable to try to enter the US when you already have the NOA2 because apparently the chances of not being let in are even higher. Is there any truth to this? With how fast things seem to be going now at the NVC, maybe we should just wait for the K1 visa if (very optimistically) I can get the interview by mid-March

That just give a great idea... If We don't get our approval by monday on the app or website and the Emigration Office doesn't call back( we are waiting for 5 days) I will call NVC directly and do like I don't know nothing... I'm gonna just ask... if they already received my case... 😂

I think that is a great strategy! Hahahaha! Please do it, tag me for the update! Geeez! This process is making us do the things we never imagine that we can do. We discover our inner talents(acting talent), people!
