Maybe, like the NVC, USCIS was closed due to weather today.   Temperatures were in the 80's in Southern California.   I think they all went to the beach.  LOL!

I just don't wanna talk about it...I think it's brave of you guys to spit it out... being sad, angry and all the other 101 feelings that we are experiencing right now, shows how much our love is true for the one on the other side of the planet...
I know people are waiting much longer then we are, and I feel for them... and hope also they get their approvals as quick as possible... but it doesn't take way our sadness...
It's easy said than done, but hang in there...

Hi all!!  We're approved!  We received the notice in the mail today. The website was not updated but the petition was approved on Feb 2.  We're so happy!  Timeline updated

I hear ya. I've always been the strong one of us two but it's just getting harder and harder. And as happy as I am to see everyone else get moving, it can also make things slightly discouraging when you feel left behind. Obviously there are those far worse than me, but doesn't mean that I'm not allowed to feel like a plastic bag in the wind haha.

Waw... I can't even imagine how they're feeling... I admire them for sticking together and strong.. this process time is nothing compared with the rest of our lifes with our loved ones.. 
 

Yay! My paper notice is coming today!

After waiting for 5 days for an Emigration Office to call back, as it was promised... my fiancé decided to contact them today. 1 hour later they call him back and told him the old history of "we are processing june 27th, and your case still pending.."
My finance told him, how it's possible, I've being following the progress on july and you guys has touched and approved alot of July cases after our date...
The guy on the phone responded to him kind of angry... No we are not... we don't work by cases numbers we work by cases it self... 
OKey Sr... So can you tell me if the background is completed? 
The amayzing response was: I told you already, your case is pending!... and he hangs up on my fiancé... 😱 OMG 
My fiancé just told me he would never call the USCIS again... he felt so offended by the way this guy talked to him on the phone...
I guess calling the USCIS it's no more option for us... 
 
PS: Is pending meaning they never touch our case or they are still work on it? Does someone has experience with that...

Yep...and we move on....(already tried to break my pc...which already has scars from when I throw it to the wall after those november approvals-I'm getting physical lately)

It's still frustrating to see things moving in a ridiculous fashion.
 
I'll be real, when you look at that Daniels graph for example we can see that every month has their peak but also has many cases that take longer, this was true when I checked for march and February too, and thanks to Daniel we can see it now.
 
so I'm ok with accepting if I'm the person that will be an outlier, and wait more than the average, I'm also ok if people get less than the average (it is happy to see uscis moving)
 
however jumping over my month for 2 months while working on cases is something.. this randomness is something totally different.
 
this is not "oh they started the next month" 
this is "what happened to the 10000 cases in between"
 
so me, myself is extremely angry at uscis... happy for the lucky couple though 😊

I love how july looks like "we take no sh*t" from anyone 😂😂😂
