Sam da vam javim da nam je I-130 odobren posle 7 meseci cekanja (TSC). Dobili smo danas NOA2.

NOA1 date: November 8th, 2017.
NOA2 date: June 6th, 2018
I-130 (US citizen applying for foreign spouse).
USCIS case status still says "Case Was Received"
(got mail with printed NOA2)

Samo da se "apdejtujem". Pustili su mi zenu da udje sa turistickom vizom, ali su je malo vise ispitivali. Dali su joj pecat na 6 meseci.
Cekamo NOA2.

Please keep in mind that intention of my first post is not to ask for help or suggestion. For that reason, I do not care if my relative will ever again visit me.
As I mentioned earlier, I have had conversation with officers about the issue and I wanted to share their advice with you.
 
I learned that the case of my relative is not "once in a blue moon" and it is not the end of the world for someone who wants to enter the US using tourist visa (after overstaying for 1 day).
