anyways . i also didnt get any update on i485 after 3 months. i only got new biometrics apt and was surprised because i did bio last year. and the bio was just 2 fingers only. 
i think they have transfered ur filed but didnt update it.

Hi everyone 
my vawa was approved in April 2021. It was filed in August 2019 along with i485 and i765 too. It’s been almost 4 months but my i485 still doesn’t show any update. It still says case was received. I never got update for transfer or for any RFE either.i have seen people been asked for some kind of documents or update after their vawa approval, but I haven’t heard anything yet. Should i be worried?

Hi everyone!
I am writing this, looking at my green card, to bring everyone still waiting some hope.
I never thought this day would come but it did. All praise to the Almighty for his guidance and grace to be able to do all this by myself.
 
My field office is the Baltimore office and my process started in December of 2016.
Please see my timeline below:
 
12/2016: USCIS received my I485 and I130 based on my marriage.
07/2017: My ex husband and I were scheduled for an interview, which I had to attend on my own as he did not show up.
02/2018: USCIS received my I360 application and started working on it.
08/2019: My I360 was approved.
12/2019: Update/ USCIS has received your correspondence and is reviewing it. (I had sent nothing to USCIS so this left me puzzled for months on end)
08/04/22021: My I485 interview was scheduled. I was asked to renew my medical exams and send them back in so they could make a decision.
08/14/2021: I sent my I693 in.
08/19/2021: USCIS acknowledged receipt of my I693.
08/25/2021: New I485 card was ordered.
08/26/2021: On my birthday at that, I485 was approved.
08/30/2021: My green card was mailed.
09/02/2021: My card was delivered to my home.
 
Faith and next level patience are key in this process.
My mind went through so many scenarios, so much fear, so many sleepless nights, stress, the inability to travel and go see family amongst so many other things for over five years.
The impact that not having such a tiny card has on one's life in this country is immeasurable.
To everyone still on this journey, I wish you well and pray you get to experience the joy and relief that getting your green card brings.

I did not have to do new biometrics. Just got the rfe to mail the medical to my local office 

Folks! haven't told anyone yet and wanted you guys to know first hand. My AOS "Card is Now Being Produced":
 
Mar 2017 I131/I485 filed in Miami
Feb 2018 I360 filed in Vermont
Mar 2018 I360 RFE police report
Apr 2019 I131 interview in Miami, case on hold waiting for I360 approval
Nov 2019 I360 approved
Mar 2020 I485 interview canceled
Jul 2021 I693 courtesy letter received
Aug 14 2021 I submitted case outside of processing times with local office 
Aug 19 2021 Attorney's received letter asking for I693, photos, history of jobs and addresses
Sep 4 2021  Card is not being produced
 
I highly suggest to use the Case Outside of Processing Times online form if your case is delayed. They responded to my inquiry in 5 days and this triggered the card being produced. Maybe they did respond since my case was so delayed. Anyways, this time it worked!

I am a silent reader and have been suffering in many ways like everyone here. It’s been so tiring, frustrating to wait and see no update after the case was received..
 
I received the notification today “new card is being produced” which I assume it’s the signal of the approval of my case. Hope I can see the official approval notice soon🙏🏻.
I’m sharing my timeline. 
 
I filed i-360, i-485 on October 3rd 2019.
(I don’t have PD since the ex was a US citizen)
3 PF.
8/31/2021 new card is being produced.

i just received third prima facia. All three times i did not request. 
I am a Dec 2019 filler and just made 20 months last week.
Hopefully will get a good news soon.

Most of my cases the couples were married for  2/5 moths.I had one case  that she was married for  24 hours , another case he was married for 5 day, both are  U.S Citizen now.

OMG!!! Guys, I posted 2 days ago that my local office received my medicals and today I got a new card is being produced under my I-485 application. I still can’t believe it. My local office is Miami, FL.

Biometrics are valid for 18 months, so is normal they request a new one. 

From a week to four months you gonna receive your GC I pray to happen for you in within weeks 😊

Yesterday out of the blue my congresswoman sent me an email about my case, saying that my local office issued me a RFE to mail in my medical. So I scheduled it for Monday!!! 
for those who sent in medicals, how long did it take for the case to be approved??

Hi Community,

Just FYI - travelled on Advance Parole successfully and just returned today.
CBP stamped my passport with "paroled" type of stamp which has until date of July 25, 2022 - what does this mean?
Also type of parole is A05 - does this also mean anything ?
