Did they ask you to fax them the evidence? Usually they are slow. Next time ask your Congress man to do it.
No, I haven't heard anything from USCIS after the request. Right now I am searching for info on how to take that path.
It's driving me insane! why it has to take that long for EAD

Did you get a work offer to expedite ? I did expedite too but without a job offer and the staff told me if I didn’t hear back from them 45 days, that means rejection.
Yes I told them I got job offer to support my request for expedite but still no update since I requested

Can’t you ask them to give you an offer letter and you can expedite it?
Expedite doesn't really helps. I tried doing that last August 30, still no decision with the expedite until now so I made a follow up.
I called USCIS regarding that and he said to "wait". I was told the same thing like 3 weeks ago that they're currently working on it. (scripted I guess)
It's really frustrating!

Any recent approvals to those who tried expediting their EAD?

Hello everyone!
I have a question to those who have their EAD expedited.. how long did you get a decision?
I requested last August 30 and I called earlier to follow up the status. I was told that it will take up to 30 days.. for the expedite decision? Is that really true? I'm on my 141 days since I filed I-765..
Hope to hear from you guys! Thank you

Hi guys! I'm living in Brooklyn, NY now. Still waiting for my EAD/AP. Longest waiting time ever!
2/23 immigrated to NYC
3/30 got married
4/20 sent my application package I-485 I-131 I-765
4/27 case was received by USCIS
5/01 NOA1 received
5/04 NOA2 received (for biometrics appointment)
5/24 biometrics appointment
7/17 "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" I-485
Although my I-485 case status has changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" but until today 8/27 there hasn't been any further update on my I-131 (AP) and I-765 (EAD) case, which is still pending at "Case Was Received, on April 27".
Is there anyone here with the same situation as mine? Starting to feel worried now. :((((((
I feel you. Trying to be sane and patient with the long wait..
4/19 NOA1 received
5/17 Bio appointment
5/21 Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
6/27 1-485 Changed to Fingerprint Review Was Completed
No more update with EAD & AOS
waiting..
I think I'll try expediting my EAD.

Does anyone here experienced case status from " Ready to be scheduled for an interview on may 31st" to "We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case"
I thought next update will be the schedule of the interview. Now I am confuse if that is a bad news or what

On June 22, 2018, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number ABCxxxxxxxxxxxx. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
So... I am just waiting on my mail to arrive and see what they need. I hope is my birth certificate translation.

Hi April Filers!
Is there anyone here also filing from Houston? I've been reading reviews that they're taking forever to process AOS
last may 21 my status changed to "case ready to be schedule for interview"
Any idea what is the current processing time? I heard USCIS site is not accurate?
Thank you in advance! Hope we all get it soon

K-1 visas don't have priority dates. I've heard some people putting either their NOA1 or NOA2 dates on there (I forgot, but it doesn't really matter which, 'cause they'll know that K-1 doesn't truly have a priority date).
Alright. Thank you so much for the info. 😊
