Well there are 2 types of AP and it is difficult to tell whether they are checking the validity of your marriage which would be in the hands of the Consulate or the normal security checks which would not.
On the positive side I see you are together so are in a much better position than those who are not.

So I have been reading and reaching out. I had 3 attorneys contact me and said my application I130 for my husband is caught up in the Muslim "Extreme Vetting" Process. Wherein all Muslims are subject to delays, denials or very long processing times. I am heart broken.

Just because a couple has a big age gap doesn't mean it isn't a bonafide relationship. I'm 21 years older than my husband, who happens to be Jordanian. We are also different religions and I'm divorced with 2 children. We have a few more red flags thrown in, as well. We've been very happily married for almost 8 years, he's been in the US 7 years and he's been a citizen for 2.
