I am at the last stage (Stage 6) with NVC however I submit AOS, civic docs, and supporting documents via Email. My embassy is AMM. I sent everything on 3/24 and NVC shows it's received on 3/29.

NVC sent me checklist email on 4/10. I immediately replied on 4/10 and waited 10 days and email never received by NVC emailed again on 4/22 and sure enough email never received. I did the same thing I did in my original email on 3/24 which was received by NVC without problem.

Anyone faced with this issue? Any ideas on what is going on?  NVC have no clue why this is happening and so do I. they told me to wait 6 weeks from 4/10?!

I sent my docs first time and waited  5 days without any confirmation about receiving docs. I sent them all again and called after 4 hours and they told me it's received. Maybe you need to resend it!?

  2. Hello everyone,

My case was approved back in Feb 10th 2018.

NVC recevied the case on Feb 27th 2018.

Been calling every week and I got case&invoice number April 5th 2018. I wasn't able to login but next day I was able to and completed DS-261 without receiving the welcome letter!. Do I have to wait for the welcome letter in order for the fees to show up? Or is not good to submit the ds-261 without the welcome letter? They were saying it takes up to 4 weeks from April 5th!!!!!

I dont know what pivot case means but yeah it would be 100% online not mail. That's what I've been told by lawyer.

OMG I hope so! Im so happy for you, I see you struggling here! Hang in there. You're motivating me to bother them tomorrow. I couldnt wait I booked a ticked to go see my son and husband for next weekend.

Finaly!!!! Maybe I called them 10 times and had an appointment with the local USCIS office. Try the appointment and call every 2-3 days! I'm sure yours is coming on the way. Good luck!!!!!

  5. Infopass update: I went today to the local USCIS to see why my case is taking too long to get approved. My PD is July 3rd TSC CR1 visa. The officer was nice to me and told me : As of January 26th 2018 your case was assigned to an immigration officer to process for final decision or RFE . I told her I don't want to get a RFE after waiting 7 months. She told me to send them as many documents as I want that will support my case that i didnt inculde in the original packet. I am sending what I have tomorrow and hopefully the approval on the way!. I would recommend everyone who has waited so long without hearing anything from them to go to the local USCIS office and get an idea of what's going on with your case.

Last tuesday, so i think they should have seen that our petition is being processed already but still said to wait until april. Lady was mildly rude and not willing to say much..

I called them 3 times and got the same answer! (You are within the normal processing time). Also I have an appointment coming next week with the local USCIS and hoping that would let me know what's going on with my case. My PD is July 3rd TSC
