I’m not work inlligaly only the company begun business recently and they put me in that way and other the company is registered on Puerto Rico US territory. 

I’m working out of book for a company in my country and I worked on full time, my questions are: How I can available to show USCIS or any  I’m current work? That is a red flag for my case? Other someone can tell me Who are available person to be a good Joint Affidavit Sponsor for? Or I will be need two sponsors because I’m not fill out taxes?  Thanks for in advance for yours advices. I’m US Citizen and I live in Puerto Rico and I married three months ago in Karachi Pakistan and I begun the process for petition I-130 for my husband. I need your knowledge and advices; my question is: If necessary register my marriage here in my country Puerto Rico USA?

your wife can write to IRS asking for the documents of W2 they archived up to 10 years that kind of documents she only need provide the information they required. About pics of wedding see on mobile if you or her have and make it printout and keep faith. May ALLAH all this process make easy for both and please trust each other I know this is not easily but trust in ALLAHand each other is the best way for your blessing Ameen 

I totally get why they are doing this especially if they have a lot of fraud from the country but it doesn't make it any easier for someone innocent...I trust my husband 100% and hope they do a field investigation.  I talk to my husband until he sleeps and I wake him up in the morning..I also sometimes call him in between to share things with him if there is no way he is living with anyone.  Even his coworkers know about his divorce and his marriage to me.  I'm so hopeful that they do.  
 
Our status changed from ready to Administrative processing today...

I want ask information about CR-1 Visa. I will be apply next month for bring my husband to USA. I understand until know I need fillout those form I-130 and I-130-A and G-1145. My question is, What is the basic documents I need send with those forms for begin the process?

Begin by understanding what your visa options really are.

Once you file you will have several options available to track your case.
As a note: This visa option is automatically applied for by K-3 applicants when they file the I-130 (part of the K-3 process). Historically the K-3 was used to allow the US Citizens spouse to enter the US faster than waiting for the I-130 to be approved (since that used to take a long time). Recent reductions in processing times have allowed I-130's to be approved quick enough that the IR1/CR1 visa process has been a quicker and better option for K-3 applicants. If this happens the K-3 applicant can abandon the K-3 route and persue the IR1/CR1 instead.

I read all but when call to immigration department they said need affidavit also that's why asked here. Other read and call immigration and discuss with VJ members more good have a complete knowledge.

Joint Sponsor affidavit of support (Form I-864) is required at NVC stage. After getting approval from USCIS, they will transfer your case to NVC at that time you have to submit form I-864. 
For CR-1 visa you have to submit I-130, I-130A and G1145 and other supporting documents.
