VB78 reacted to Perfect two 💑 in Question about translating Skype Chat Logs?
I provide the chat, call and video call logs and more during the petition stage. It is not needed, and people said it's only needed during interview stage, however, sometimes, the consulate officer doesn't even asking or looking at the evidence during the interview.

There is no need for that. I didn't bring mine when I have 😉 interview before. I got this list during my interview day.

To be honest, you are not well prepare yet if you get confuse for little things like this. Especially on the interview day. As long as you know what you should have, no matter whatever list they give to you, you will be able to do it. If you got confuse during this stage, you will get more confuse during AOS stage later on. They will give you a list of documents needed (they use the same list no matter what visa you want to adjust the status from).

VB78 reacted to Perfect two 💑 in Illegitimates denied us. Anyone successfully filed the appeal and won? [edited title]
He can get an idea the reason of denial if he know the exact question that the officer ask and what answer given by his fiancee. Basically for this case, the officer doesn't believe their relationship is real. So, the only way to overcome it is by having more face time and provide more relationship evidence next time.

Do you think person who are in the middle doing "removing the condition" the only who can be inside US? Sorry, but I don't understand what you are trying to say. If you referring to my timeline, you will know that it is up to date. If you noticed that the OP question was answered, why need to focus on what I replied? Cannon fodder? Maybe it is referring  to yourself. He answered my replied and I answer back. That's all. Not sure why you jump into the  conversation and now said things about "Cannon fodder". I'm not sure why the terms used is too important. In US use "letter size paper" but, some of the country call it "A4 paper". So, what is wrong with that?

My mistake, I didn't notice that he is removing a condition. I share my experience what I did on my K-1 Visa. That's it.

As the wife of a felon, my advice is that you will have far more chance of success with a spouse visa. In other words, marry first, then file.

Criminal pasts of petitioners are not as heavily scrutinised for spousal visas as they are for fiancé visas because USCIS takes the stance that if you have got to the stage of marrying him already then presumably you are OK with his crimes. There are some crimes that exclude USCs from petitioning - even for their spouses. There is also the practical side of the spousal visa that you will be able to work immediately. This may be necessary - especially if he struggles to find work. My husband did prison time in the 1990s and still faces challenges when it comes to employment so it will be a hundred times harder for someone fresh out of the joint.

Now, I'm the last person to criticize a person's choice of partner. Many people thought I needed my head testing when they found out I was dating a man with a criminal record. And his record is old - way before I knew him. But, you have to have a word with yourself. Prison is an inhumane place that breeds anger, violence, resentment, aggression, and a survival mentality. You are planning on not only taking your children to the other side of the world to a place they know nothing about, away from their friends, relatives, home, school, grandparents, culture and more to live with a man who has spent the last x years living in a gladiator training camp that neither you nor the children have met before. I'm guessing he's in Angola? That is one of the most violent and dangerous prisons in the country. In one year alone there were almost 1400 assaults that required medical treatment. Even the calmest, most patient man will be turned into a savage animal there.

My advice, for what it's worth... wait for him to be released and complete parole. Make him prove to you that he can hold down a job to provide for you. Unfortunately criminality is difficult to shake off and when money is low they often turn to the only way they know to make money and it ain't pretty. My husband was in for theft and he tells me that he still feels tempted from time to time to steal something that he can't afford. They need to completely re-program their thought processes. This man isn't Angola for being late for work. He must have committed a pretty heinous crime. Is this really want you want as a role model for your children?

If he he truly loves you, and you truly love him, you'll wait. You will wait for him to sort himself out and get back to being who he needs to be before you force fatherhood and immigration on him. This process is stressful enough as it is, let alone someone who is not used to real life.

Nope, totally wrong. In Islam you can meet him but with at least one of your family members with you (your mahram) . Aside from that, in Islam, it required you to meet your future wife/husband before get married too. It is the use of engagament. And if you said you can't  meet him because of religion issue,, in Islam, he should come and meet your family to ask their permission to marry you. you can file for exemption, but I don't think you will get it.

VB78 reacted to Perfect two 💑 in USC Marriage Fraud experience and what would I do different
Fraud, failed marriage is not only happening if someone (American) married a foreigner. It doesn't happen because of lack of face time too. There is a lot of failed marriage even when they know each other and spend most of their time together in person. Marriage is not something easy, it required lots of understanding and toleration. Some of them will blaming their partner when the marriage failed by saying that he/she commit the fraud (of course it happen sometimes in reality where their partner is really a fraud, I will not deny that). However, when that happens, it is a lesson that you need to learn. It is a hard lesson, of course. Sometimes the one who commit the fraud is not only the beneficiary but, the petitioner too. Not fair to relate fraud only to beneficiary since it happen in both way. Hope everyone here have a real relationship and always be happy with their relationship or marriage.

I cannot give you an assurance because it is depends on the immigration officer itself. However, in my opinion, you will not receive RFE for this. But, if let say you receive RFE for this, it is a quick fix. So, don't worry to much and good luck for your journey.

Yes, some cases are handled by Vermont. Take a look at your receipt number. The first three letters will indicate it. As follow :

    SRC = Texas

VB78 reacted to Perfect two 💑 in letter of intent
    For I-129F package
    - Petitioner letter of intent: Since petitioner is the one who will be mailed it out, the original signatures is required
    - Beneficiary letter of intent: Scanned copy is good enough. Since the day we submitted my package, as far we know, we didn't hear anyone get an RFE because of that

    For Interview
    - Petitioner letter of intent: It is not a requirement actually. However, it is great to have an updated letter of intent from petitioner since it is one of the ways to show support. The scanned copy is good enough unless it is for the purpose to extend the validity of the petition.
    - Beneficiary letter of intent: Original signature

For the interview purpose, letter of intent is not the requirement. However, they will ask about evidence intent to get marry (such as wedding plan). Since the letter of intent can be one of the supporting for that. It is great to just prepare it in case they are asking for that.

VB78 reacted to Perfect two 💑 in When should my fiance send in the petition?
I did read about age for the petitioner, in RapidVisa (if I'm not mistaken).

They can submit the petition now if they want. Yeah, it takes 6-7 months now. Mine is more than 6 months for NOA2, now over a month for the case number (still waiting). It looks like it takes forever now

After the case number is assigned, it will take around a week for India Consulate to receive your file. And once they receive it, it will take approximately two weeks before they will contact your fiance by email (based on India VJ Members timeline). You can start contacting them a week after they receive your case.
