Basically, for the I-129F package, the only thing you need from the beneficiary is :

    1) Letter intent to marry
    2) Passport size photo (2x2)

    dear all,
I finally got my RFE... the thing is that when I submitted my original packaged I attached a document that was signed in front of a public notary in Ecuador to make our "domestic partnership" official so I could add my fiance on my job's medical insurance. It's in lieu of a marriage since same sex marriage is not recognized in Ecuador.
So the RFE is basically show that we "are single" and able to marry. But I don't know if print outs from the Ecuadorian Civil Registry website along with a letter of explanation will be sufficient or I must get "certified" or "official" paperwork from the civil registry.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
Congratulations to all the approved cases, and keep positive those who are still waiting.
God bless us all.... And let's try to stay calm and don't fight with each other.
    Have a great Monday!

@LucyDolly echo these words, it's coming!!

We submitted a general enquiry and it took them 3 weeks to get a letter to us with the standard "within normal processing times blah"

By this point we were despairing! Everyone asking us what was happening, having to tell the same old story of no news with them not really getting it!

Then literally 4 days later we were approved! Turns out we probably were so close to being approved by the time they got round to sending out the general enquiry letter. Good news is that we got our NOA2 letter within the week so at least they were on that one.

You are all so so close! keep up the strength, I know it's tiresome, exhausting and a strain on all emotions but it could be anytime right now :))

Wishing you all the best of luck xxx

Trust me when I tell you I feel your frustration, but in my honest opinion, I don't think you are gonna hit 180 days. I just looked at your timeline and you & I are in the same area right now. Plus they are reviewing cases around us that have the same received and notice dates. I honestly believe you  might hear something by tomorrow, definitely by Monday. And I'm not saying this just to put you at ease - just because of the trend of how these cases are being reviewed AND you come from a low-risk country (unlike myself my fiancé is in a high-risk country).

    It's coming...I can feel it!

Keeping your mind occupied for the first little while is the main thing...that way you are not left alone with your thoughts swirling around your head and getting you down.  Easier said than done, of course, I know!

I hope you have a good and productive weekend

    Thank you so much aidil-rafa!
Yes, I'm surprised to see how much support I have here. It did help me a lot. To be honest, every time I feel like I'm lost or sad, I did read back all the replies that I received on this topic.

Yes, I read a bit about your journey. 6 years waiting period is crazy! You are amazing.

Will be organizing all my things, do laundry and settling in this Saturday, and for Sunday, I will be hanging out with my friends. Hopefully, it wouldn't be so hard. Looking forward to reach them and repair our relationship back in future. Thank you so much for your kind support!

I left home in my mid-twenties as well.  I don't regret moving out, I regret *how* it was done.  Holidays are hard sometimes for me---mostly Fathers Day because we were especially close (the whole Daddy's Little Girl thing), but I can celebrate that now with my husband.  Once you are able to surround yourself with a new support system it does get easier.

Keep yourself busy this weekend as much as you can just to make it go by quicker so the sting of that "first weekend alone" won't be so hard.  You just moved out, so take this weekend to organize stuff in your new home, clean, grocery shop, do laundry, whatever.  You won't be able to push those thoughts of family fun out of your mind completely this first weekend, but keeping occupied will help to alleviate any negative thinking.  It's really all about getting used to how things are right now for you----but that doesn't mean that's how things will always be.  And your parents need to adjust to how things are different for them now, too.  There is a middle ground you will reach with them in your future, and maybe sooner than you think
