It could be staffing issues, mistakes made with scheduling, issues with paperwork submitted. Some people go through this process without any big problems but others are caught up in the glitches of their system. I've called several times over my process and I get the same song, " You just have to wait ".

Finally! N-400 interview scheduled with pending I-751. Houston FO. Filed N-400 online Dec.19th 2023, interview the beginning of June.

I didn't call them. My I-485 interview was cancelled a few years ago so this is how they operate. Last time they just re-scheduled it. Oh well.....

The notice said, " Due to unforeseen circumstances we are cancelling the interview ". I think it has something to do with the flooding but not sure. Oh well....

USCIS just cancelled the N-400 interview. Oh well, good way to spoil the day.🤔

I filed the N-400 on December 19,2023. I also have a I-751 pending. I got the reuse letter and notice right away. Houston field office. Let's see what happens now......

I'm not seeing a December thread, so here we go I-751 December filers!

I was hoping to file in November, but was away and didn't mail it soon enough. So, mailed my application today, expected delivery Monday!
Here we go again!! 🤪

The only thing I submitted was a copy of our marriage certificate,a few photos,2 letters from a couple of friends,a few amazon receipts with my wife's name and our address.I didn't have anything else because we had just got married.After a few months after submitting the I-485 we received an RFE for the support documents.(I got scared after receiving the RFE so I sent plenty of financial documents proving I could take care of my wife).Somehow I think those documents helped our case.
