Actually my husband called them but he was at work at that time. Uscis told me we can't disclose info to you have applicant call us 

It was noted to me today by an officer that SR absolutely do not slow your application down by any means. It is simply a check in on your application as to where is in line and to give a nudge to the officers looking over it so they can justify whether or not your application should move ahead in the line or not. 

So in conclusion I should not do SR or anything let the things go in the flow
and funny thing I tried to SR and wifi wasn't working so I guess God doesn't want me to do SR either. /so I decided I ll go with flow and wait for it

I think as an applicant. Unlike the I-129f which is filled out by the USC aka petitioner, the AOS/EAD/AP are done by the intending immigrant aka applicant...so i would think it follows that any SR related to that would have to be done by the applicant. USCIS does not anyway divulge any info unless they are talking to the applicant themselves anyway.

You guys have these misconception. All i765 goes to NBC centers. So it doesn't matter where you filling from. Only thing is matter is i485 it goes to ur local office.

They are processing caae as 15th sept so hopefully you ll get it

09/01/2017 - submitted application package 
09/05/2017 - package received (PD)
09/11/2017 - case accepted ,received 4 text messages and 4 emails 
09/15/2017 - received hard copy NOA's
09/22/2017 - received biometrics appointment letter
09/25/2017 - biometrics completed
11/19/2017 - raised SR for EAD 
11/21/2017 - EAD/AP approval date - case status for both still at "case received"
11/27/2017 - received approval letters for both (took a week probably because of thanksgiving )

SR was never assigned but probably helped since status changed like a day after since I raised it on a sunday and approved on tuesday.

For those who have received there EAD's (you lucky ducks you :P) did you ever receive a physical approval letter first in the mail or did you just receive the card?

I literally JUST received a notice in my (physical) mailbox that my AP and EAD have been approved, and that my card will come in a few days! It says on the top "notice date 11/22/2017", so at that date they were working on my date (with received date 9/11/2017)

Don't have the card yet, though. And the online stuff still hasn't changed (it still says biometrics fee, and received documents on AP and EAD).

I have 13 September I think; I hope I'm one of the lucky ones!! Or just not the UNlucky ones, because the ones waiting since July must be losing their minds seeing September people getting their EADs! haha

Yeah some people, it took months for it to change to anything ...Also people have been receiving EAD/AP and the status hasn't been changing to card in production/approved or mailed. It seems status are not updating properly. Don't stress it too much. Did you do tracking, just to make sure it was properly delivered.
