I have seen that sometimes calling after the NVC Case # is assigned can somewhat be pointless as it is then out of their control as to when the "batches" get sent, but I will say that from a customer service level NVC is a million times better than USCIS.. there is hope for humanity!

I got my case number last week too and I am hoping that it gets sent out this week too!! Its only going to London haha

Yes that makes sense that they said that, from what I saw I believe in the post was that batches ended up sending 5/15, 5/29, 6/12.. so if that is the trend it looks like every other Tuesday is what they did for the past 3 send outs.

Oh my goodness! So LONG, I would be going crazy.. I am on borderline of feeling anxious that everything isn't moving along.. I have seen in previous comments that people have seen trends of every other week one day a week that they send out batches off to the necessary embassies, so I'm hoping for this week. It's reassuring to know that at least we are at this stage and not the NOA1-NOA2 stage because that was so difficult, but at the same time now that we are this far along it makes you want everything that much more quicker

I feel like any of us wouldn't fall within the category of not being "responsible" enough like you mentioned. All of us have been responsible enough to make it to our 2nd approval status with putting together the paperwork appropriately. Just my opinion, but I wouldn't ever point out a person's behavior of research. Not a lot of people have all day to sit on VJ and watch different scenarios or research where to find the proper documentation. To point it out just calls for bad vibes and I don't think anybody has time for that after the what the waiting period can do to a persons mentality

Yes that would be great! I will look forward to reading! What a nice feeling at work to have today! My fiance and I have had a lot of trips back and forth haha so if they ask him what he did every trip it might be one long interview! Happy to hear!

I would as well try to ease your mind, I feel like EVERY case is handled differently even if they are in the similar family type of situation or same country even. I really feel as if it depends who has gotten assigned the case, yes sometimes we see trends but sometimes we just don't have a logical explanation for comparisons of cases 

I agree research can be done but in the same sense, with all the different time zones of people in this forum, and some people working full time there isn't a lot of time to keep up with every single response.. 
 
We have all been there when you are excited and want a quick response as a natural reaction, if it frustrates you to see it then possibly don't respond and let someone else

Yes. My fiance just got done with her medical today and she still hasn't received packet 3. In fact, our case is still "At NVC."

Agree as my comment said earlier, people should respond only if it's helpful, if you don't want to see everyone's comments or questions then turn the notifications off and sign in when you want to help someone who hasn't already completed this ALREADY stressful process.

Really mate thanks for your ever so helpful reply. that was completely pointless.. Im getting fed up with people like you on these forums where they have comment on people asking genuine questions... how about you dont reply if you have nothing of use or helpful to say. Some people have jobs and do not have all day to search the forums for replies. This is a May Filers Group and we are all here to help each other your comment was pointless and served absolutely no purpose so in future if you dont like someone asking a question that you have already "Answered" dont reply and let someone who is helpful reply.

I agree research can be done but in the same sense, with all the different time zones of people in this forum, and some people working full time there isn't a lot of time to keep up with every single response..

I agree with this as well, throughout this process ( I am at NOA2 stage getting prepared for him to do the medical and interview) that too often we all will over analyze what EXACT way they want it but I think we need to keep looking at it more simple and if you are indeed in a true loving relationship any documents whether yours or the other will be sufficient! All about the content

It only took 2 days to get to the Madrid Embassy??? WOW QUICK! 

yes ....  always !!!  they say the same..... 8 weeks 
Our case.... 12 days ( was received  1 june and  left   NVC .....12 june.
Now ... in transit.
