Thanksss so much dear! Hopefully you get your date sooon. The priority date does not matter if you are a Cr1 category. The time process from CC date until interview is what matters & seems to be 8-9 months wait here in Abu dhabi. It will be 9 months and a half for me !
  6. Thanks

There is no form.  My fiance wrote up a letter basically stating why it would be a hardship and our lawyer made an affidavit of it.  We will submit it once he interviews again.
    Since October?!
    What does administrative process mean??

There is a waiver program to proclamation 9645 (Travel Ban 3.0) but I believe this is done at the Consul's office at the time of the interview.  My understanding is these waivers are rarely approved but I would take a lot of documentation and try as hard as you can.

    (c) Waivers. Notwithstanding the suspensions of and limitations on entry set forth in section 2 of this proclamation, a consular officer, or the Commissioner, United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or the Commissioner's designee, as appropriate, may, in their discretion, grant waivers on a case-by-case basis to permit the entry of foreign nationals for whom entry is otherwise suspended or limited if such foreign nationals demonstrate that waivers would be appropriate and consistent with subsections (i) through (iv) of this subsection. The Secretary of State and the Secretary of Homeland Security shall coordinate to adopt guidance addressing the circumstances in which waivers may be appropriate for foreign nationals seeking entry as immigrants or nonimmigrants.

Maybe it's selfish of me to say this but I wish they prioritized UAE citizen and resident applications. We can't apply from anywhere else and are stuck because of backlog from other countries...

I remember feeling that way too - but do note those from the certain other countries that get interviewed in Abu Dhabi don't have other embassies as an option.

the day I was there out of the 20 groups of immigrant visas that day about 15 to 16 were likely from Iran.

Have you considered requesting an expedite?

that is simply ridiculous. There has to be something you can do. Or at least someone you can speak to. Have you tried calling NVC and speaking to a supervisor or a head of department or something.

I feel so incredibly frustrated FOR all of you who have been waiting 6 months+

its plainly unacceptable in your case.

try to speak to a supervisor at NVC and let them know what the people at the embassy told your husband. Maybe this will help boost your case.

    stay strong!

Their love has not been forbidden.  A visa has been initially denied. We have potentially incomplete information as to why.  The denial may or may not be legitimate but when living in Pennsylvania, being first cousins is not sufficient reason to deny the visa.  There would need to be more to the case than that, or they will ultimately succeed.

As you know Texas is a such state That cousin marriage Is Forbidden and Sex with your cousin is charged under texas Law Wich makes Makes sex between cousin a 3rd degree feloney. I know Ali doesn't live in texas but i encourage him to gather more correct info. And doesn't give up. You can't met his heart. He is an emotional wreck. You never help him with talking about child or sth. Which you don't have enough information. As i mentioned before this rule isn't for us and if uscis revoke your case you would Win at the Court. About child: The risk is Equal to that of women having children in their 40s. Have you ever seen a woman in 40s get pergnant? It is not a huge problem really With todays Modern technology it is not unsolved problem. Althogh I think this type of couple should be more conscious. There is another important thing if they don't want child why their love have been forbidden?
