Yes, all children must be included.
But I don't need to pay for his biometric fee, correct?

Hi all,
Time flies and it's almost the time to renew my 2 years green card.
One simple question, on I-751 form, it asks about all children. So my son was born after I got my 2 years green card, and he has already had his US passport. So in this case, do I still need to put his name on I-751 form? And the select "child not applying with me"? Do I just need to pay the biometric fee for myself only, plus the application fee?
In addition, the form on USCIS website expires on 12/31/2019? And we can still use this version, since there's no update?
Thank you!

~~moved to SSN from AOS~~
You dont have to but it's advised because not changing it can cause issues with jobs while you ROC.
Thank you for your advice.

Yes. Once you get your 2yr CPR GC you can bring it to SSA and they will remove that statement from your SSN.
thank you very much for your quick reply.

Hi, I came to US on K1 visa and applied my social security card back in Oct 2018. The card I got states "valid for work only with dhs authorization", which i assume I need to use it with my ead. Since now I have already received my conditional green card, just wondering do I need to go to social security office and ask them to remove that message?

Hi guys, I submitted my aos on Oct 4th, got my EAD & AP combo card on 3/7/19, my interview date was 3/1/19, however co told me he couldn't find my medical record, but was happy he had my vaccination record. Finally my aos was approved on 3/20/19 and received my green card yesterday. Such a relief~~~~~At least I don't have to worry for 2 years~~ Plus I am almost 6 months pregnant. Life is so beautiful~~hahaha

Hi Everyone,
I received case is ready to be scheduled for interview on the 2nd of November and then today (29th November) Fingerprint review was completed. Has anyone received that message and if so, how long did you have to wait for interview after that. I only expect my interview to be sometime next year but i'm always hoping for sooner. Still waiting for EAC....THe not working part is energy draining.
I'm on the same boat. Got "case is ready to be scheduled for interview" on Nov 7th, then yesterday (Nov 29th) changed to "fingerprint review was completed".

Hi, when did you send the papers?
I posted applications on 10/2, got delivered on 10/4, received texts on 10/9.
-
Hey guys, so I received three texts informing they have received all three applications, however I never got any email confirmations. Is this normal?
-
I came here on 8/30, went to social security office on 9/13 and they couldn't verify me in the SAVES. Had to go through manual verification, but case was approved on 9/19. Btw, I kept my surname after marriage.
-
Mine only took 2 weeks, from application to receive the card. You can check SAVES for an update.

I am going to send my AOS package tomorrow~~~ My I-129 was filed in Oct 2017~~~Can't believe it's that quick

Below is what I found in the AP instruction. So I don't need to write a letter explain why I need AP?
c. Advance Parole Document for Individuals Who Are Currently in the United States If you are in the United States, you must attach: (1) A copy of any document issued to you by USCIS showing your present status, if any, in the United States; and (2) An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an Advance Parole Document; or (3) If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application; or (4) If you are traveling to Canada to apply for an immigrant visa, a copy of the U.S. consular appointment letter; or (5) If USCIS has deferred action in your case under DACA, you must include a copy of the Form I-797, Notice of Action, showing that the decision on your Form I-821D was to defer action in your case.

Hi, according to form I-131, we are required to provide a reason to travel.
An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an Advance Parole Document;
I would like to visit my parents and relatives in Australia, but it's not related to illness/life threatening event. Is that ok?
Any advice would be much appreciated!

I am having the same issue here. Came in LA on 8/30 and went to social security office this morning, thinking I should be able to apply for one. However I got the exactly same letter as yours.
Nothing I can do at the moment, i will just wait maybe for 2 weeks, and will constantly checking SAVE website.
Hey @Naes, I was about to send you a message this afternoon and ask you about this. Luckily I found you here with answers

Do you think they might open an individual account for me or it has to be joint because my wife will be presenting her own SSN and they use that to cover me? I really need a personal bank for myself. ☹️
US bank told me he can only open a joint account without my ssn. If you have already applied ssn, it wouldn’t take long for you to receive it. Maybe 2 weeks? Is it ok for u to wait for 2 weeks?

Which bank did you open joint account with? Do you have your SSN already? If yes how long did it take? We submitted for mine at the SSA 2 days after my POE...
I opened the joint account with US bank. The bank office said they did require ssn to open an account, but I told him I would apply ssn in the next couple of days. He modified something in the system and I was allowed to open an account. I need to give my ssn to the bank once I get it.

Will do. Please do too if you have any updates. My wife said its always slow to get things done in this LA. Too many people
It took me an hour and half to just open a joint account on Saturday. I am wordless....
Regarding marriage certificate, my gut feeling is it's better to wait until we receive the certified copy. Even if you call USCIS, one day they say it's ok to just send customer copy, when the case office eventually review your case, you might still get a RFE.

I am in the same boat, got to California on August 25th, got married at LAX Courthouse by the airport on September 7th. They said it takes 4-6 weeks to get the MC. All we were given is one that says certificate and license of marriage but has "Customer Copy" written across it on the background, i have heard people use this and some got RFE and some were fine. We will be calling them(USCIS) tomorrow to find out what they think. We want to do this thing once and get done with it. If we have to wait we will wait... RFE is not a good feeling. In the meantime we will be busy filling all other forms and gathering documents and doing joint bank accounts, lease and all to present a very good AOS submission, who knows they might wave our AOS interview lol
Wow~~~ very similar timeline! Please keep me posted on this issue. Thanks for your reply.

Yes, we have been told that LA county was extremely busy, and certified copy would take 4-6 weeks to be mailed to us.
My son was born after my got green card, do I include him on I-751 form?
