Hi All. Everything went as planned , got my certificate , took the oath . Now am a US citizen 🙏🏼. This week am applying for passport . Thank you all for the endless support and time to help during this yrs on this platform . Been a journey but we made it . Pray you all archive the same . 

I thought that much , called the number on the e mail but no answer ,  i will just call uscis as u mentioned thanks 

Honestly, I’m not sure if it’s normal or not! I’m sorry. Maybe call uscis and ask? 

I passed my interview yesterday (May 18, 2022)!!! 
The officer was very courteous and the interview lasted approximately 15 minutes. She even gave me Twinkies and complimented me on my performance. My oath ceremony should be in a month, she remarked! Everything came together in the end. I'm quite thankful.

Don't focus too much on the estimated time. I got my oath ceremony scheduled before my time changes . Just be patient . All the best guys .

Her passport is fine..may not even be asked to show it at interview. Remember they verified her USC status before they granted YOUR green card .

It does some how but i feel like this estimated time isn't the full picture on how this cases work . Cuz i have send cases with 12 months been interviewed or even approved but well we just hope for faster response 🙏🏼

Same here I filed from Boston MA  November , 16th 2021 , / Bio reused 20th and case still in NBC saying Case being actively Reviewed . going crazy by checking  for update . but there's nothing I can do then wait which is hard lol

Dont pay the fine because if you do you will be pleading guilty to what you were actually given the ticket for. Go to court fight the ticket until the prosecutor gives you a plea deal to a lesser offense which will most likely be considered a traffic offense not a misdemeanor. You will pay a hefty fine but it won’t lead to points on your license & and a record. I dont think you need to disclose a pending traffic offense to USCIS so go on your oath ceremony as schedule. 

Were you detained or arrested? If no, no need to report to USCIS, If yes report to USCIS.
Did you go to court?  If no, then not a misdemeanor. Nothing to report
Did you get a traffic citation? ( a traffic ticket) if so you would report to USCIS your traffic infraction and show that you paid the fine and took the traffic class. Traffic violations do not adversely affect n400 cases if you take care of them
 
If you were charged with a misterminer you would have multiple court appearances and would need to plead and would have punishment if you were found guilty. Does not sound like any criminal charges have been filed in your case.
 
Looks like you are being required to take traffic school to keep your driving privilege. This is not a crime it may be an infraction but most like just an administrative action taken against you due to your driving record. I don’t believe you need to report administrative actions taken against you. It will not adversely affect your immgration case so you can report it to USCIS and show you took care of it if you would like.
USCIS will bring up any arrests or criminal charges at your interview but it is unlikely they will bring up infractions (driving, parking, and so on) and I don't expect they will bring up an administrative action against your driving privilege.
