    Hi, So my mom I-130 was approved and NVC reached out the question is , I'm married living separately last yr we didn't filed tax joint but made enough money myself . This yr we want to file tax joint with our baby . Does my wife need to add I -864A? I petition for my mom alone but mentioned married. Will it be a problem if i send the tax form i filed alone?

    Hi , So i passed my interview on 29th May and oath was scheduled 4 June , Got an e mail today to send my full names as my certification is being process , is this NORMAL as because i confirmed everything on my interview day . Just out of curiosity . Thank you ,

    Don't focus too much on the estimated time. I got my oath ceremony scheduled before my time changes . Just be patient . All the best guys .

    Good News from my end , just finished my interview and it went well and i was approved at the spot . leaving the office , my status changed to Oath Ceremony schedule . good luck to all that are still on the line .
