I don't know if you have done this but  you can now start putting in requests if you want.
Quite frankly, I don't know if those are useful but it's hard to know what gets a case "moving" these days.
Maybe get a Tier II that will tell you what the holdup is? i.e. being adjudicated, waiting for background checks, etc?

Hoping all the Augustines still waiting gets something this week. (And there's a lot you guys waiting still )

At this point i would take one of those RFE's.... i think its the just not knowing thats hardest part.
And honestly though im super happy for anyone that gets approved. A bit of jealousy comes out when there are rfe's or approvals from petitions a month after ours.
But also i know there is no ryme or reason to how they work.

Exactly.  I filed 12/26, so check back with me in July and see how I am doing.  LOL!   Now that I think about it, I am sure it is easier said than done.     Best luck to you.

I just took a look at your timeline.  I can easily understand it does not help the psychology when your VJ timeline says you are overdue.  My observation has been that the USCIS operates with a 60 day sliding window of approvals.   It appears that a majority of petitions for a given date are completed within 30 days, with nearly all complete in 60 days.  
 
So, I have mentally prepared myself that my NOA2 will come within 60 days of the first evidence of the USCIS processing my NOA1 date.   If it comes earlier, I will certainly be happy, and if it is after, I will certainly be stressed.   

Keep in mind that all 2,600 petitioners are not here on Visa Journey, so there unfortunately is really no way of knowing how many silent approvals there were.   Lets hope there were alot!    Optimism in favor of pessimism is my montra.     And keep in mind that the USCIS now has the additional overhead of processing the replies to all of the RFE's they keep sending out.

Fiance called again this morning. Says that they told him to "wait for the mail." I followed up by asking if they confirmed if any mail was sent and he said they told him to wait 30 days. So even though the app is showing that the service request was completed on March 14, no one wants to give us any information. I wish they would let me (the beneficiary) call and demand an answer!

I called USCIS this morning.  Asked to speak to a Tier 2 Supervisor.  The recording said hold times were 1-3 minutes.  I waited 40 minutes . . .
 
My application was APPROVED March 15!
 
I could barely get the words out to thank the supervisor and say good bye.  So, they are still sending out silent approvals.  Nothing has changed on the USCIS App or USCIS Website.  My case inquiry from March 6 still shows as being sent to an officer for response.
 
And thank you to everyone ( @Naes ) for all the help these last 7 months.

I called this morning and put in an inquiry. 
Now when i check our case at uscis website at the bottom it says...
As of March 15, 2018, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number *********, is currently not assigned for processing.

One day we will find out more information about this elusive RFE.

Wow!  This is my story just different dates.  I was told an RFE was sent to me 2/26.  But I told the tier 2 guy that I hadn't received anything and it was already March 5th. He agreed that that was very strange.  So he did the service request and boom same day I got the update that and RFE was coming. And then it actually came.
 

My fiancée is just waiting for a call back from Tier 2. I am hoping that they will give us some new information. Apparently they started processing our petition on the 22nd Feb, so they should be able to give us more information by now 😂

A tier 2 submitted a service request for me on March 6.  I was told i would receive an answer in 15 business days.  It shows up as assigned to an officer for response, but I haven't heard anything yet.  I am going to call again tomorrow. - Jason
