So you can't schedule the interview until your case says "Ready" at the NVC correct?

I can't get the passport photo to be uploaded on the DS-160. Has anyone actually done it?? I did a high quality scan and got this error. 

"Head size or position relative to image dimensions may be incorrect"

Got my case number! I was on hold for an hour I was about ready to give up.

Aw man I wanted to call NVC today to see if my case number was ready. I hope the weather clears up by tomorrow if not the weekend.

Just called NVC and they said my case has been received today but my case number has not been assigned yet!

I actually have a question too about I-134. Do you have to put none on anything that doesn't apply or can you just leave it blank? For example my fiancee was never married and does not have children. Do I leave those spaces blank or put None?

I got my NOA 2 on 2/20 but my status still shows as Case Was Received. You guys think this has something to do with NVC saying that my case hasn't even been delivered yet?

Hey guys so I called the NVC right now because I got NOA 2 already but my case status still hasn't been updated and still shows as Case Received. The guy at the NVC told me that my case hasn't even been delivered yet. I got my hard copy of my NOA 2 on 2/20

Should I call USCIS tomorrow or just wait? Thank you!

I just called the NVC and the guy told me I have to wait six weeks to get my case number which I know is not true :'(

I am filling out the affidavit of support and on the form it asks for an A-number. If I'm not mistaken, that number is on the NOA 2 right? I'm at work right now so I don't have the NOA 2 but I remember seeing it (I think). Would that be the A-number I put on forms from now on? Thank you!

I have a quick question I'm hoping you all can help me with. Does my fiancee need the NOA 2 that was sent to me? The original notice or can she bring a copy or does she even need it at all? Thank you!

We just got our NOA2 so we're knocking them out one by one. The single status certificate is next on our list.

I just checked the embassy website (don't know why I didn't do that before) and it looks like I need the interview appointment. I'm just so anxious I wanted to get everything in advanced. 

Hey guys I have a quick question. Once I get my case number from the NVC can I schedule the medical exams for my fiance? Or do I have to wait for an actual interview appointment?

     Your fiance will have to get her Certificate of Single Status from the Amphur of her province .   Most likely her home city.   All Thais have a Government ID Card and whatever province is on that card is where she will need to go to get her Certificate.   My wife lived in Bang Bo, but she is originally from Khon Kean.   She had to make a trip back there and visit the Amphur there to get her certificate.   My wife said that all Amphurs are different as far as what they need to issue the certificate.  My wife had to have one family member and one government official vouch for her.   I have heard that Thais can change their Amphur but that in itself can be more of a hassle than just traveling back to their home province to get the certificate.   Hope that helps with your question and good luck.  

 

One other note about the Certificate.  It will be in Thai so she will have to have it Translated in the future.

got the informed mail of our RFE today.

Looking forward to getting this BS done.Yet when I went to get our mail, our mail was not delivered !!!!! Im so pissed right now. I need to punch something. Uggggh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And tomorrow is Sunday. MF. 

Did you get your letter today or is it really missing? The same exact thing happened to me! So upset right now!

I just got my letter but I see it using informed delivery and I'm at work. Work is killing me now!
