Hi Kevin I'm in the same boat As you how long did it take you to get weather your approved? I RECEIVED our RFE ain November the end of it and I Submitted all they required in December I RECEIVED A Notice they received my Evidence and They Will start back working on our Petition.any ideas how more the wait

Do you have any idea what customer service number if we want to call if they receive the rfe response? It’s been a week since my fiancé sent it to California and we haven’t heard anything yet. 

I final received An email today the same thing They are requesting more Information So can you please give me an idea of how this goes I went through Rapid Visa and I called them Due to IN October I made a Payment plan To pay remaining Payment Due to I had A Major Surgery In April that had me off of work for a bit But was still Making payments on my Account with them But Now I BELIEVE what Someone said about them, So I called and couldn't speak with the Finance Dept But will Call them first thing Due to I and Rick One of the Accountant Manager Had went over my Payment Due to My surgery,The rep had the nerve to say since I was 90 Days late it's a charge of 450$ extra On top of my 600.00 Balance,I don't think so,So I looking for Answers ABOUT this it's not like I'm not going to pay my account I fell of BEHIND A Major Surgery,I think it's wrong for this extra money being charge for late when in the beginning It was never once on ANY of my paperwork and with me receiving a Request for more information,What the Heck Rapid Visa do for me I provided every single Information for them to process And This now Confusing on what I need to do besides Provide All information VIA BY CERTIFIED MAIL WITH RECEIPT.

Maria1989 Hello I'm Lisa I filed and Inquiry with A Member of USCIS on 11/08/17 Also Last I heard  it would be 30 Days To find out what is going on with our Petition I have been Active for 206 Days today never Received Any request for information TGBTG But we Received our NOA1 Statin that USCIS Received our Petition May 30,2017 I know the Feeling It's Horrible to Go through this When You Have Been with your Spouse And Met them over A Year ago.Praying for Us All.

Yes you do collect all the information required and they make sure everything is in order and to there specs before they will let u sent all info to them. You have less of a chance to get the dreaded RFE with them instead of doing it yourself.

 I used rapidvisa started in jan 17 k1 filed may 2nd noa1 may 5th no RFE do to the strictness of them helping me recieved noa2 on oct 27th along with nvc case the same day, customer service is always there to help via phone or email stays with you and fiance until visa approval. Lawyers are way more expensive do not communicate have chances of RFE, you also have even bigger chance of RFE if you DIY unless you do extensive searching.  So until you know how a service works you really need not comment about it until you do your research.

OP, like @dwheels76 said if May 30 is your NOA1 date you're only waiting 2,5 months. Average processing time from NOA1 to NOA2 is around 4-5 months right now as it seems. 
So you'll have to kick back and keep waiting for a while longer.

I Received My Receipt stating they Received Our K1 Visa Petition on May 30,2017

I'm so sorry I Received a Receipt From USCIS NOA1 Not NOV1-Im so sorry for confusion.And Thanks for Reply to my comments.

I filed For A K 1 Fiancee visa I received my I -29 Nov 1 Say The USCIS has Received Our Petition For I-29 And They Received it On May 30,2017 Which I'm so confused on this It stated Was everything correctly on it Which it is I guess I'm going through the Wait Struggle Of Being Approved.Can anyone Tell me What is the Timeline for A Decision. Please
