Nvc never ask about evidence them why to send ? just bring them to interview. i send my documents to nvc without any pics or chatlogs.

I didn't send an employment letter, no where do they mention that is required, you'll only see that suggested on the forums.
If you are above the minimum requirement with no co-sponsors, I would not worry about that at all.
If you have a co-sponsor or are right on the line then maybe its good to send that and maybe recent pay stubs.
 
I only included transcripts and I included for 3 years which is optional to show my consistent income.
The transcripts themselves look like a copy so that should be fine, I actually ordered a second set of transcripts cause I didn't have time to make copies.

I sent the original employment letter.  I really don't think it matters as its not necessarily required just helpful.   
 
Tax transcripts are just a printed document but yes one should have been sent to NVC and bring one to interview just in case.

It was about a week.  I had to call and it still took a few days before I got the letter.

You might want to check in the regional forum, for CR1 NVC schedules the interview, but your specific country plays a big role in this, for instance, for Mexico people have been waiting 3 months just to get an interview.

Yes I would call.  They will tell you that you'll get a letter regarding the interview but I didn't get my letter for a few days after they gave me the date over the phone.

I just logged in to check the status cause I'm waiting for it to change it IN TRANSIT, but I saw this today which is weird since I already have case closed.
 
 

I sent in photocopies of everything and have the originals to take to the interview. I got the tax transcripts for the past 3 years, sent in paycheck stubs to show I was still employed and also that it was direct deposited into my bank account. I also have a letter from my employer showing how long I worked there and also in good standing at work.
 

husband moved but the address in the system hasnt been updated. He called and have them send the transcript to the current address in 5 days.

We tried several times and eventually googled it LOL

They didn’t say why it was under review. They just mentioned something about a pilot program. I didn’t use a joint sponsor but my income last year was less than my income this year.

You have to send your taxes report although you have joint sponsor. yes go ahead and pay fees

Thanks GOD i approved. my PD is 12/6 nebraska but my husband did not receive any email or letter. they just updates our status on uscis website. our approvel date is 14 august but status showed on 16 august
