Hey, i just had my medical in Frankfurt.. what you really need to bring is a lot of time. And In addition to the 250€ you'll receive a bill of 130€ to your address 
other than that you only need to bring papers or medicine if you have serious illnesses 
And you need your A number.
you can use your case number starting with frn to check the status Here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

If I was you I would send everything because maybe next Time your case is reviewed by another officer and you'll get another rfe. If you don't have more pictures send chatlogs, boarding passes from your previous visits. We also wrote a timeline of our relationship And added proof for most dates. 
You don't have to send the passport pages if you send your birth certificate
if the embassy will ask for a new letter of intent you'll have to send it to your beneficiary 

You know @Martin3517, all of us here have cried a lot in this journey. The pressure from work, family and friends asking when we're going to be approved and being away from your fiance/fiancee can drive anyone crazy. This forum has been a lifeline for me and so many others here coz we are going through this experience. The people around us doesn't understand what we are going through, that's why this forum keeps us sane and well informed of the process. We are all here from different parts of the world with a common goal and that is being reunited with our loved ones. We laugh, we cry and we relate. Don't lose hope, we are all here to support each other.

Embassy received our case a week ago and they haven't contacted me. Case is updated everyday but that's all.. I thought things would finally move faster but guess I should just accept nothing is going fast in this process

This really sucks. Ever since this process started in may it always feels like we're making one step and going two back again. Whenever there's the smallest sign of hope.. boom! they ruin it for us:( I feel sad and I don't understand why they let this happen. Now their own citizens are the ones suffering the most cause they're not getting paid.. and our cases finally make it to the embassy and then just nothing happens again. Takin this uncertainty and not knowing when if ever this will end starts to be painful 
sorry for so much negativity but that's all I have today
