Im finally done with my medical exam in St. Lukes.. It pays to be in line by 2am...well i didnt enjoy the 3 shots of immunization though. 😑😑

Im just a bit confused.. The envelope I know is submitted to the embassy and the cd I can keep?

I have a question regarding medical exam... So when we walk in for the medical exam, I understand one  of the documents we should bring is the interview notice. Is it the email from CEAC that you are ready for an interview or is it the appointment letter for interview  when you do the Ds160 that your interview is confirmed at this date? Sometimes lawyers just makes it so hard... Grrrrrrrr 🙄🙄🙄

Regarding my police clearance from abroad in which I stayed more than 6 months, Bangkok. 

I got my police clearance last April 2017,my interview might be scheduled March 5 or 6.

Do you think I need a new police clearance from Bangkok? 

I wanted to ask if anyone got this pop up when checking updates. It says NVC provided our interview date but we never actually got one.. 

Did anyone come across something like this?

For beneficiaries who are in Manila, where would you recommend having the medical exam? I mean which branch. Of St. Lukes? I dont want waking up 2am to be in line.. Hehehe.

I doubt il still insist on his services after this...I did more homework than he did...he was like “uscis is currectly approving june 27 cases”... i was like #$&!!!!! They are approving august filers now!!! Seriously for $$$$$!!

Tell me more about it. My status on the app at 232 days is still case received. When they sent the NOA2 through mail, we got our copy first thAn our lawyer. So basically I should be the one being paid here not the lawyer...with the NVC case number, so far we never got any mail about it...I got my case number when I called this morning. And our lawyer’s expectation for the NVC case number was March 20....so if we just sat on our asses, nothing would have moved forward...

we just got a lawyer for this phase because my partner’s not into paper works...And application will have to be done from his end..

if I can find someone kind here to guide us through the change of status phase, I would ditch the idea of having a lawyer. And yes, barbeque Weekend and booze on us!😂😂😂😂

There was one post here asking if any Feb 06 received there case number by now? 

Yes indeed. We were approved February 06 and I called NVC right earlier.. Voila! Case assigned! 

Question though, how  days will it take before they forward to embassy? I would assume it's electronic forwarding and not mail right? 😁😁

So i got my NVC case number.. 

I tried to check status in the website for  ceac but it says its invalid case number.. 

Could it be because it's new?

How long should I wait before I can start calling NVC? Letter says to wait 30 days but I've seen some suggestions to give them a ring after 2 weeks of NOA2.. ☺

We received our  NOA2 February 15...but was approved February 06.

A lot have suggested to give it atleast 15 days. But a lot of them here got their Case number in less than 10 days... 

Id give it a shot this evening to call them... 😁😁😁

If only NOA2 would have came a week ago then things would have been better. I didn't withdraw yet. I'm going to give it two more weeks and maybe something will change, for the better.

Not happy after all this wait and it came down to this, but USCIS is out of my hands and so is the fiancee. 

2 or 3 weeks is a good wait... Please chose love above everything else.. You have invested so much waiting for the previous months, not a good time to give up now. But then again, I have been in your shoes..Il start calling out my angels to guide the adjudicstor's hands in approving your case..i look forward to your case as well as john and rose's case approved.. And faisal's too...

Why oh why??? No....you never know, you are very close! Remember, the harder the battle, the sweeter the victory! You never gave up 2 3 4 months ago, why give now when you have invested in  235 days now... It wont be like this forever... Hang on!! Chose LOVE above anything else.. Can i ask a few more questions..Just wanna make sure this I dont misunderstand any info.. so last 2016, I applied for a tourist visa in Bangkok and was DENIED.

Ds160 states: have you ever been REFUSED a US visa? 

I get it that denied and refusal are one but the same? or is my interpretation wrong?

so in the real estate section, thats where he puts in his house info? and the personal property is basically car, jewelry.....and.....rice cooker.... !lol

@Naes   @JSCGPV need a little bit of help with one question for the Form 134. Regarding question for VALUE OF MY OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY on the Sponsor's section.. what does that cover? your current house, jewelries, cars etc?
