If you are legitimately at financial risk, shouldn't you request an expedite? Another July filer has already successfully done that.

We met on an online dating app just about 9 months ago. I went to visit her in the Philippines in May for a couple weeks. Really excited about all this!

During this long stretch of silence, I thought it would be neat to share our stories! It's nice to hear about other couples who are in this process with us.

Can that be correct?  It's only processing K-1's submitted in January?  I really hope I am reading this incorrectly.  Is it for the NOA2 or for the complete process to be done, including after it was sent to the consulate and interviews scheduled?

 

 

I think you got that from the USCIS site. That information is only updated as of May 31, 2017. You can get a better idea of the current processing times from VisaJourney.

Hello all! I wanted to join this thread for encouragement during the long wait! I petitioned for my fiance to come over from the Philippines.

Here is the progress so far:

July 14: Package received by USCIS

July 20: NOA receipt came by email

It is being process by the California service center. Hopefully the wait is not too long!
