    No, I get worried because some people said me they was denied because they said that cross paying a Coyote, But what said Demise is clarify now that the situation is not a problem

    That is my worry, she could need a waiver by "smuggling" just for paid a "coyote" I am living in USA, currently Form I 130 is aproved

    Yes, I born after she crooss to US, she was from 1990 to 1996 and then return to Mexico by her own, and never tried to return to US

    Hi, my mother cross with no inspection to US (crossing border) and return by her own in 1996, since then she has lived in Mexico. for consular processing, she will need to show proof of living in Mexico since then? if they, what could be proof?
