    Hi June filers,

I just saw this on the May petition threat and would like to share it with you guys. If you have a minute to spare please help out by signing this petition. thanks

    "hello all:

Just wanted to share a quick update. We were invited to interview at the US Embassy in Yerevan a few days ago. the website took a few days to give us an appointment date but it finally gave us an opening on the 11th.  However, we will not be interviewing for now per my lawyers advice. She has not heard of a single applicant that has been given a visa, including spouses and children.  No iranian immigrant has received a visa (all categories) since the trump travel ban took effect on December 4th. Our lawyer advised us that the best thing to do is to try and extend our NOA2 expiration date as long as possible until the laws change. We are praying that the 4th circuit appeals court and the supreme court find this whole thing unconstitutional before our NOA2 expires. Otherwise, we will have to start all over..

As you can imagine, we are devastate and drained.  Please help us by signing this petition: (just needs your name and zip code)

Congratulation to everyone who made it to the end! "

I get so upset with situations like that...I'm mean I get F&@$$K angry 😡...

Why they don't denied the petition with the NOA2?... instead of that, they let the person go through the whole process, given an approval with a NOA2? Maybe this person has already given up his house, job, said goodbye to friends and family...

to go to an interview and get denied??

    That is Sadomasochism to me...

"-You know what... lets just see the sadness in they face when we say... "you're denied" "

Don't understand me wrong... but not everybody wants to live in the US... most of us are going because our fiancé can't or it is better for our future to be in the US for now...

Forgive me if I offended someone....It's not my intention at all .. I'm writing this with tears in my eyes... People from those countries can also follow in love...

I got an app notification from them for a July 5th from a Canadian filer at 4:47.  So I'm afraid they are already skipping into July.

But I am curious how you know that it wasn't expedited???

Because the person in question said on FB that they received NOA1 and after that NOA2 with no RFE or anything else between noa1 and noa2...

So it's definitely a June case as @JSCGPV explaind...

If they are working on July right now, they have no interest on update that online at the moment..

maybe to avoid calls?! 🙄😀 Who knows...

    Conclusion: June still ON! 🎊🎉🍾

Well I think we are all pretty sure it's a June filer that just got mixed up on dates. I saw the post in the FB group also, but didn't mention anything. I have been scanning twice everyday for a month now and the only way it would be a July filer is if they got a hard copy notice and online was not updated.

Yesss ... but...but.. we are almost there... boy I'm so excited!...I'm in the voltex right now... 😎tenor.gif?itemid=5513501

Haha I like that quote.  I need to learn more about Einstein eventually.  My only real knowledge of him as a person comes from the book "The God Equation".  Really good book if you're into that kind of thing. Not directly about Einstein but he does make an "appearance" or two I guess you could call it.

I studied  psychology and philosophy... but my passion is definitely science and math... and yes I know The god Equation, Euler's identity... love it!

In matter of fact Einstein did not speak until he was 4 years old.. and his teacher described him as a mentally slow person...in fact many peoplebelieved he would never succees at anything...but he didn't give up..

    very interesting facts about him...

My response came off as more intense than what I intended, sorry about that.  But still.. My point is what I meant.  Remember that just because something is important to us here does not mean that it should or can be important to every person that you meet.  Just as the laws surrounding agricultural growth and seed copyrights do not pertain to me, I do not care about them.. but this is my food and is something that farmers would consider very important, and something i "should" care about.

    It's like what Einstein quoted:

"Everybody is a genius. But If You Judge a Fish by Its Ability to Climb a Tree, It Will Live Its Whole Life Believing that It is Stupid"

I would rather wait and see what happens with the next year than spread rumors about what they might do. You have stated that you have friends that work within USCIS. That is wonderful. I do not, however, prefer to get half cooked eggs about what might happen. I'll wait until I see it for myself.

With that being said, I have reached out to my congressmen and state representatives. Texas doesn't care too much about immigration. Shocking, I know.

I don't buy into the hype. I suggest others should do the same. Keep your head up, square your shoulders and just keep following the path. Worrying about every little thing isn't going to do you a damn bit of good.

I totally agree... After being here on VJ for more then 5 months reading al these theories possible, I realized that the best I can do is just trust the process... and when I say the process I don't mean the USCIS way of processing, but this journey from applying the K1 visa until I'm there with my fiancé... After 6 months, I don't know what to answer anymore to my friends and family, when they ask me when I'm leaving to the US... It feels like they don't believe we gonna make it...

The good thing is that this process has brought my fiancé and I much closer to each other... We are still managing to talk on the phone and/or FaceTime for at least 3 hours a day min... weekends goes up to 5-7 hours...

It's not easy but we all need to hang in there and trust the process!

and definitely do not trust the USCIS...

    Happy holidays

    Ive just wrote this at the travel topic too but wanted to let you guys know in case anybody was wondering here;

------ repost from yes you can visit topic

    Hi everyone

just putting my experience for anyone who's worried.

I'm at the stage of waiting for noa2 (day 100 today) and from Turkey (but traveling from Japan). I have a B1/B2 visa that I got around 6 years ago.

And this is my 3rd time this year,

    1)  before petition in May for 12 days - they asked me lots of questions at this time nothing out of ordinary though but it was my first travel to US in 5 years so I thought it was normal.

     2) right after the petition filed (we got noa1 when I was in US that week) they asked how long and for what- I told them to visit my fiancé who's in the hospital- nothing else.

    3) (yesterday) I've entered from LAX yesterday together my fiancé, we had two cats with us so we asked to line up together and I entered through the US citizens line. They asked if we were married and My fiancé said "soon", I said hopefully- the lady just said why hopefully- I said uscis is taking their time this year- and that's it, nothing else no tickets no how longs.

all 3 times they gave me 6 months (and I can't believe I have to go back and can't stay for that long....)

    Happy holiday @Naes !🎄✨🥂

This is an update of a graph I posted around one month ago when I compared April and May regarding the length of time from Received to Approved. Now I'm including June under the same conditions.

As a reminder, in the graphs below I try to compare what happened within the next 173 days after that last day of April, May and June received cases. In order to see it clearer I put them together in pairs.

In that time, with a total of 1394, 1507 and 641 approved cases (after removing some outliers) respectively:

    • April had a global mean of 153.08 days from Received to Approval date, with a standard deviation of 15.04 days.
    • May had a global mean of 169.95 days from Received to Approval date, with a standard deviation of 9.45 days.
    • June had a global mean of 181.61 days from Received to Approval date, with a standard deviation of 7.64 days.

After what we've seen over the last weeks it's not surprising to see that the times have worsened significantly in the last month and, what's worse, they have approved much less cases in the same period of time. The explanation for this might just be that it's Christmas and less adjudicators are working on cases... let's say with a less urgent attitude <_<

Hopefully everything will slowly start looking better from January on and we'll all have a happier beginning of the new year to come!

So it looks like that July it'll have a global mean of 200 days between received to approval date?

    33 days left for my 200 days...😭

I'm out of distractions ideas... I watched most of the Netflix series,   Work out, list of things I will bring with me to the States, family visit, documents are ready to take to the interview... And now?? LOL...

Here's an update of the average processing time of all cases received every considered day and approved within the next 182 days, as to 12/08/17.

Since the average time has been so high from mid-May up to June and (for now) only 182 days can be considered (from 06/09 to 12/08), you can expect slightly higher times in this period.

I'll try to update in 7-10 days to see how it is evolving but, as you can already see, the tendency doesn't look very good. Sorry guys.

Nice that you want to do that...

I strong believe the time it will go down at some point... seeing that they are touching july files without an Inquiry  or expedited cases... Yersterday was a july 7 with a RFE and today I read some post of FB where they say that was an approval  for July 2... I try to ask the case number to check if it was a regular approval or an inquiry or expedited, but no response to that...

and my time line is going back on dates first was between  5 and 8 January '18 and now is 3 and 6 January '18...

@JSCGPV Can you check if it is any moviment on July today... thanks.

    😉😎
