The Department of State (DOS) defines the K1 as a Nonimmigrant Visa. If the question said “Nonimmigrant visa with immigrant intent” the answer would be yes. The question instead asks for “immigrant visa.”  Since the DOS defines this as Nonimmigrant the correct answer is no.
 
Based on what I have read it seems different consulates and embassies believe that different answers are correct. You can ask your embassy what they believe is correct. For me it’s appropriate  to just answer each question literally, instead of thinking “I know what the question says but that’s not what they meant.” 
 
What type of visa does the question ask about?
Immigrant visa
What type of visa is K1?
Nonimmigrant 
What is the answer to the question “ has someone filled immigrant visa on my behalf”?
NO
 
If my Embassy cannot read the question I will gladly walk them through it.

If I remember well, that question asking about debts is about real estate as it says in the topic. I wouldn’t include student loans

Hello guys, what a sad  day,, I lost my dad  today. This is the worst  experience  I ever  had  in  my  life 😭😭

There is a June 6 filer that shows up in the app as approved today.  That is a good thing.

Wow. I just don’t know what to say. People who filed 6 weeks after me are scheduling medical and interviews and now people who filed 168 days after me have their non-expedited approvals. November non-expedited approvals. What the heck is going on at USCIS?  November filers are getting approvals in 69 days!  Tomorrow is day 239 and today I was told we haven’t been assigned yet. I need a drink. 

WE FINALLY GOT APPROVED TODAY!!!! MAY FILER here!!!! I'm sure other people may have been approved today as well! Go check! I'm so happyyyyy! 

Here we go!  Another week. Another chance for lots of approvals.  Day 237.  VJ timeline moved from December 25 to December 24!!!!

Ooooookay June Filers (and anyone prior still waiting).  Leeettt's get ready to ruuuuuuumble!!!!! We are gonna get some more action tomorrow with online and snail mail approvals AND some sweet sweet NVC aaaaaactiiionnnn. Give us those young case #'s!!!  Woooo!!! I wanna see some major action tomorrow.

Guys, my case is showing AT NVC, I called them and they gave me my case #, can I proceed and submit the DS160 ? They said its electronic, what are the next steps ?

Visa in hand guys, next stop POE!! 
 
I am feeling a bit bad for posting this here, given there are so many people still waiting for NOA2 that would have deserved their approval long ago,
but the Junies (and some later filers, especially @Nae) became such a constant and important part of the journey, I just want to give you all hope and show that this waiting process has indeed an end, and I want to thank you all so much for the support provided in this thread(s) over the last months!! Don't give up, it's a draining time, but you will all be with your loved ones after it, and come out stronger than before! Sending lots of love and positive energy your way, I know it's needed.

I just got this email from CSC. It is in response to an email I sent last week to CDC and is not part of the phone conversations or Congressional inquiry. I’m not sure if this is another “kick the can down the road” response or not. 
 
Thank you for your inquiry. Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.
 
*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

Thanks! I pretty much just sat and wait. I called NVC during a break at work and was told they processed it today literally an hour before I called. 

Last check there are still 89 June 6 filers listed as “received”. Who knows what the real number is though. The good news is it is less than 89.

I'm not sure exactly but something like a couple weeks. Ours is not a typical case though
