It seems like I won’t have the New Years Eve I wanted. Never thought I still would be waiting for an answer on 2018.

I really don’t understand their criteria to process the cases. Can anyone explain that to me please? 

All of this looks pretty ugly! In the best scenario, they’re not updating the approvals and rfe’s online. 

If they processed the petitions by the received date, I think I’d have a response from them already. June 8 here. Frustrated...

Anyway - its not the wait that bothers me... its the lack of communication or information process, and there is NO excuse for that in this situation, with the money we paid, overworked or not.

For example..... half a days work?  I think not; Lack of process + Lack of information = severe, warranted frustration.

Aggred! I know they gotta move on and approve first “easy cases”, bug I’m sure there are “easy cases” among the over a hundred cases of June 6th.

195 days and counting...

I'm so sad!! June 8th here while many dates after mine are being approved. I do not know if I should be excited for my approval this month, or January, or February... as you guys said, uscis do not have a deadline to approve a case and to update the processing times on the website.

No. At the worst scenario, they will give an RFE and ask you to prove you aren't married - at which point you can explain that, knowing thats what has caused their confusion.

Also, I think wifey is a pretty standard term . I doubt USCIS really thinks I'm a child because my fiance calls me "baby".

Guys, I kinda got nervous now about uscis judgement. My fiancé sometimes calls me wifey because he says I'm wife material. But we are not married! Now I'm afraid uscis Will misunderstand it because of some screenshots we sent as proof of relationship (where he calls me wifey) and deny our k1 visa. Should I be concerned?
