andynguyen got a reaction from mam521 in Lost petition for name change while apply passport for minor
My worry is because I lost my petition for name change and USCIS does not give a certified copy again per call this morning. At the time of my name change district court did not possess a copy of it. I am worrying that my son passport application would stuck if Department of State asked for my original/certified name change. Though my ID is same name as it is on my son birth certificate. My appointment is on Dec 21th. Will check back your post.

andynguyen reacted to aaron2020 in Can a 17 years old self petition N-600?
The N-600 is not a petition. The N-600 is an application for a Certificate of Citizenship.
On the N-600, the 17 years old is the applicant and should sign the application. A parent's signature is not needed.

your dad check on I-864 first joint sponsor, leaving 2nd choice sponsor unchecked, assuming that your dad's income enough to sponsor your wife + your mother. You need to send all W2 and 1099 from both your parents.
