Hi, I hope you hear something soon. Security check is done for both the petitioner and the beneficiary. Certain names trigger a more in depth check than others, names that are the same or similar to names of criminals on the FBI list etc. Also, they are checking places you've travelled to, financial stuff, violation of any previous visa issued by the USA etc. There is nothing you can do but wait. If you and your fiance haven't done anything suspicious (not to mention criminal:)) there is nothing to worry about, you'll eventually get cleared. Good luck!    

What documents did you send to NVC? All documents are sent to USCIS during the i129 pettition for alien fiance. 

We got one for the passport style photo of the petitioner. It was an easy fix and we got approved a week later. 

Fiance got his passport (and visa!!! It's so pretty for such a simple piece of paper) and envelope today! Now all that's left is the 8 days and 19 hours of waiting until I can kiss him again. I'm so glad to be almost done with this part of the journey, and I sincerely wish everyone the best of luck. If anyone has any questions at all, my inbox is always open!

Finally Approved! 1 week shy of 6 months. Not sure if it was my service request ticket submitted last Friday or not that did the trick or the fact that I was almost at 6 months.

My fiancé passed her interview on Sept 1st. Just waiting for the visa to arrive, then  I will book the flight. We are very excited!!
 
It was a long wait to get the NOA2. After that things move really fast.

Okay... here is some crazy good news!!
My F just called me and he got the medical scheduled for 8am Wed and Interview is at 1pm on Thur!! Like $%^& just got real!!  hehe
And he just got upset with me cuz I couldn't stop checking with him with all the stuff he is needing to take with him lol I just feel like now the only worry is him forgetting something and when it is a 5 hour drive... that just can't happen!!!  lol 
Basically, it is 10:20am over there right now, he goes to work tonight and is leaving right after work and will be on his way there at 1am!! (Grrr.. and I will be at work at this time) Like, this is just so crazy to think that he will be having his medical in less than 24 hrs!!! and interview in 48 hrs!!

Fiancee is picking up her passport today! She is set to travel here on October 2nd and it looks like we are due to be married on the 6th of October 

Made it to USA on Saturday afternoon 😁 Got through immigration and customs pretty easily,thry took my K1 visa papers from me and asked me only when the wedding was planned and let me enter ☺️ 
I bought the British weather with me lol 😂 Saturday it was torrential rain ☔️ all afternoon 😂 
Never received my I94 records from customs border patrol so I'm gonna hsve to go online and print it off ready to apply for social security number 😅

Picked up our passports and brown envelopes today! Woohoo!!!
I wish I could say "no more paperwork until the AOS" but I'll still have to deal with some local red tape before leaving  Anyway, I feel so relieved now, looking at the actual visas

Well, hello there, March chatterboxes Took me more than an hour to skim the latest news
Congratulations on all the NOA2s, approvals, case numbers, and the 1st wedding in the group!
 
I am back home again, and so is Eric, our vacation is over. It was quite hard to say goodbye after the approval but it will be the last and the shortest time apart. I'm picking up the passports on Monday, and he's going to start looking for the tickets. Still hard to believe that the process is almost over... 
 

WELL!  I got a day off today!  Working 6 straight 12 hr shifts in a row - today is a free day to do whatever.
While I was sleeping last night, Ann got our USEM interview appt setup, she also reported only needing to acquire one last document and she is ready for interview.
We chose Oct 10 interview date so I can fly over and go to interview with her, she's doing Medical by herself)
 
So while Ann slept (Philippines is 12 hr time difference) I booked my flights for interview . 
then, to One Up on her, I booked hotel on Roxas Avenue 5 minute walk from the embassy!!!
Yeah, I'm that good!   

I was just wondering last night how you was?  So now we know.....   Happy HAPPY for you!!   Congratulations!  POE Just around the corner.  Do I have to say we wanna see POE pic?  hahaha
