For all that are waiting for the info on our RFE, it was because I am an F...ing idiot.  It was not for TOS like we thought, it was for lines 28a thru 30.  Where will the Beneficiary live in the US and where does she live now.  Filled it out and sent it right back out.  It is on the way back and should get there Monday or Tuesday.

It's a stormy evening here in the Philippines..hope the electricity won't go off, I have charged powerbank though if in any case..I'm glad to be just at home especially during this stormy month..my fiancé said there's nothing in the mailbox today so we're hoping for Monday..131 days..our case is pretty easy..I've never been outside Luzon too,lol😂😂😂

It appears that Informed Delivery has my RFE.  It may actually be coming today.  That would be incredible. 

I got my approval in the mail today 8/18! 
 
Just to sum up: 
 
NOA1 was 4/7/17;
RFE dated 8/2/17, arrived in mail on 8/7/17,
reply sent on 8/9/17 and USCIS received on 8/10/17,
official NOA2 dated 8/14/17, and I received it in the mail today, 8/18/17.

Went to the mailbox today, and found our NOA2.
 
Received: 4/4/17
NOA1 Notice Date: 4/10/17
NOA2 Notice Date: 8/14/17 (Rvd in the mail 8/18/17)
 
The NOA2 did not show up on either of the IOS trackers (Case Tracker, USCIS App) nor my account on the USCIS website. It was mail only.
 
Glad this is over, and we can now move on and worry about the next step.

I think it just depends on luck with who you speak to! I called just now (finally got impatient) and followed the prompts until I had the option to speak to a rep. I told them I was calling to see if my case had been touched and if not, when it might be updated.
 
The rep looked it up and said they made a decision on my case yesterday and that I would be getting a notice of action with next steps in a few days. I assume this means NOA2 and not RFE. My status online hasn't changed...
 
Try again and hopefully you get good news going into the weekend

Well, we all prefer to get an Approval than a RFE, but be content your case was touched and get ready to respond to that as soon as possible. Hope you get the hardcopy soon and it's an easy fix

Looking forward for some good news today..it's our 26th month anniversary..it's been 2 years and 2 months of love, happiness, waiting, LDR, ups and downs together..may the Heavens favor us today💕

Ok, so I've just checked all the cases for 4/10 received date, and sure there's have been movement there all week long.
Monday was when the tracker was updating, so we can see 6 approvals for that date. I'm not sure the tracker updates for all cases even when it seems to be working though. Anyway, there's also an approval dated on Wednesday.
We have RFE's scattered all along the week, Monday to Thursday, which seems like a good sign to me. I think some of you with that received date should be hopeful to be getting good news in the mailbox soon. Maybe today? Maybe tomorrow? Maybe Monday? Just keep the spirits up, you all

I called the USCIS today because I am very impatient and I am happy I did. They told me I was approved on Aug 14 and that the paperwork is on the way to the NVC. I did not receive any kind of notice yet nor was the website updated.
But its time to celebrate.
