It is clear that you want to provoke people here, especially with that last sentence, so I will keep it short.
To live in society we need a balance between personal freedom and common good. We need a minimum of trust in institutions and experts and we need to have empathy and compassion. Otherwise society will just crumble. 
The only thing I can tell you, without sarcasm, is that you try to understand the people that disagree with you and see where they are coming from.
 
Lastly, you say you got a religion exemption but you say the reason for not taking the vaccine is "My wife's health is more important than any amount of money". So basically you are admitting that you just used religious exemption for what you consider to be a health concern. This is very disrespectful for people that actually value their religious freedom and practices.

I think it should also be okay for k1 visas since they both are high priority.

601 waiver approved on July 1st. Was told Montreal consulate sends letter of instructions by email but we've received nothing yet. First interview was over a year so I know we will need another interview but not sure what we can do right now. Tried to contact the consulate by email and phone with no response. Anyone have any advice besides just sit and wait or how long the instructions might take? It's been almost 3 weeks. Thanks

My fiance's visa was approved last week and on it's way and we are really nervous if he is going to have to fly or can drive ( he lives 1 mile from the Windsor/Detroit tunnel). The consulate told him to contact the border and ask before attempting but he wants to wait until visa is in his hands.

Hoping to make a new thread for people who had K1 interviews cancelled in March/April. Mine was supposed to be April 8th, waiting to hear about rescheduled date.

My fiance has to travel 15 hours each way to get her medical and do the interview and everything. She even has to travel to pay the k1 fee because they don't have the bank she has to go to where she lives. 
 
Luckily, she has family in Manila she can stay with.

Awesome, ours is on the 29th! My ladies are flying down two days before so they explore Montreal a bit before the interview.  They are so nervous, and don't know what to expect! I've heard the Toronto traffic can be a real bear!  I deal with LA traffic quite a bit so I feel you on that one! Lol!

Wow what a joke the medical was. Had to drive 4 hours to Toronto because that was closest approved immigration medical doctor and the doctor made my fiance weigh and measure HIMSELF, asked him if he was sick, if he had ever been arrested for drugs or alcohol, handed him a form to go across hall for xray and a cup to go across street to lab for pee test and blood work and that was all! I can't believe there has to be specific doctors to go to and closest one was 4 hours just for that! Next up we have 9 hour drive to consulate for interview next week! 

He didn't get an eye exam even lol! But yeah the cost is ridiculous. Good luck to you too! His is the 24th actually, not next week. I keep thinking it's next week. Other thing was had to pay $50 for courier service to send the medical results to him by next week. I was going to ask if we could just pick it up on the way to interview since its kind of on the way but decided to just forget it and let them mail it. I hate getting tangled up in Toronto traffic. 

I know what you mean! My Fiancé and her girls went to the one in Surrey as its closer to her...but it was almost the same experience! They did an eye exam as well, and both my fiancé and her oldest failed the letters portion, but the doctor said it was perfect! A complete joke! I mean I am glad that they are making the paperwork good for the interview, but come on...that much money for three exams, and its a complete farce. it makes the whole process seem like nothing more than a cash grab!

Afrer 111days of waiting from received date, I can officially announce our approval here. Thank you the group.

We got APPROVED! 135 days from December 1st and its finally here! Still can't believe it. Thank you everyone for you support and daily updates!

We got APPROVED yesterday!!!
 
I work a night shift and have just got off of work but all night at work my heart was filled with such joy and happiness. Also, I was wearing such a big smile at work that it would have been hard to get rid of that smile on my face.
 
So for all of you that still are waiting for your approval keep the faith as there is a light at the end of that tunnel. Best of luck to the rest that are waiting for your approval and may the Lord our God bless you soon.

Because in the the scan spreadsheets our WAC number shows Dec 27th    
But others on here say relax Roger n Grace, your really Jan 6th in the USCIS Notice date...

this made me tear up, I just came back from visiting my fiance two weeks ago and am feeling all sorts of emotions since being back! hope you two are reunited soon!

Well after having did a little venting earlier about the confusion with what information needs to be posted on the timeline I have some good news. Have gotten approved today. Hew Haw!!! Have not gotten an official email or text saying been approved but the USCIS app. says my case has been approved. I now feel as though this big weight and 10,000 lb. gorilla has been lifted off my shoulders. Keep the faith people. It is going to happen soon and then all that anxiety and stress will suddenly just disappear.

We got the packet 4 email to apply for appointment. All registered and go to set up appointment. Do we pick K visa appointment? I'm just thrown off because it doesnt say K1 and the letter we got keeps referring to immigrant visa. This is for Montreal. I tried to send a picture of the screen but it says its too big. 

It might just be a thing in Canada. Its where they want the ds 160 and a few other things emailed back. Packet 4 is supposed to tell you how to schedule medical and list of approved doctors and how to schedule interview.

Approved on March 21st. I called NVC earlier and they had my case number. Looked up case and already showing ready! Submitted packet 3 by email to Montreal and now waiting to hear back about packet 4 and hopefully an interview date.
