How are you guys? My fiance's birthday is just around the corner, NOA 2 would be the best birthday present ever.. Anyway, to all of us who are still waiting, cheer up guys, stay still and don't be shaken.. the love for our beloved partners is our greatest strength to keep up with this very challenging journey. This is a journey worth fighting for, and worth of our patience..

Nothing to do with Igor's list, since I can't know whose case it's a simple number in the tracker. It's the WAC number what ends in 580.

Wow, they seriously worked on April yesterday
Not only on April 5th, that got 11 RFE's and a NOID (12 visible actions out of 67 cases... they really dag it hard on that one), plus another NOID for April 4th  and 12 RFE's more for April 3rd... and that's only things we can see.
Will they be back to a 'normal' working rate? We can always hope

I met my Faye on a Christian chat site in June of 2015. I was separated from my second wife (yes I said second, no hating) and had been for over a year. Both my X's decided the grass was greener on the other side of the fence and decided to run off with their various boyfriends which was fine whatever. but this time I was growing impatient because I couldn't locate my X to serve her divorce papers. Anyway; one day I was driving my Semi down the freeway and I heard some promo about "The most genuine and loving women in the world" (again no hating). So I listened to this promo and decided to check it out.
Turns out it was a story about women from the Philippines etc. So I got home a decided I would do some research on the subject. I found some social dating sites but they all looked scammy to me until I found CF. Being a Christian man I felt comfortable talking with someone who at least shared my beliefs.(sorry by the way I'm a bit wordy lol)
So I got on the site and sent a few winks until I saw Faye. Now mind you this site is EXPENSIVE to say the least. So it was like a wink fest high school style for over a week. Finally I made up my mind that I would pay their fee to be able to talk to her...Thing is; In my profile I made a reference to a Biblical set of brothers with a certain nickname, and that name had been my Skype account forever. So I just told myself "If she's the one, she will be drawn to that obscure name and reach out to me" and exactly one week later, the day before I was going to pay in to the site, she Skypes me. And it's been heaven on earth ever since..Sorry but you asked

Received April 3rd, NOA1 april 6th  

Well forgot the post but my Fiancee and I finally got our NOA2 it came in the mail Saturday. I literally checked the mailbox 4 times that day. Finally, as I was driving home I saw a mail truck down the road so figured why not check one more time and there it was! Haha maybe I was going a bit crazy 😂. I hope the rest of you receive yours soon!
 
In case you were wondering here are the dates:
 
USCIS Received i129f: March 29th
NOA1: April 5th
NOA2: August 1st

You are right, they don't care, so I'm doing the same thing because, yep, that will save me probably over 1000€.
Just you have to remember to cancel the return ticket once you are in the States, so it doesn't create any kind of confusion with immigration thinking you are leaving the country and therefore abandoning your adjustment process
 
So here we are, about to start a new week of expectations and excitement, and hopefully not disappointment.
I'm not really waiting for NOA2 in the mail just this week, so my main expectation right now is seeing if I'll finally be able to catch up with the crazy moving timeline, LOL.
At least this time it moved in the right direction , so I might catch it on Friday

Oh yeah.., Of course it is too soon.. Let's hope and pray the communication system will be better soon before it's our time.. But in case it will still be bad on that time, at least we have another option to do.. I got the feeling that a lot of January filers or even the Feb are already approved without noticed..

I just want to update my petition you guys. Yesterday I posted about the timetable USCIS has on their side, complaining and frustrated about our case still being RECEIVED.
 
So earlier this morning, i decided to call straight to NVC to ask what is going on with my status (still says RECEIVED on the USCIS case tracker).
 
( waited 20 minutes before my call got answered )
 
Him: Good morning sir, how may I help you
Me: Hello sir good morning, my name is bla bla bla and I just want to ask about the status of my petition, here is my receipt number ( WAC )
Him: Okay sir, may I ask who the beneficiary is and what is her date of birth.
Me: ( gave him the info )
Him: Sir, your petition has been sent to Manila Embassy. The embassy will contact her soon.
Me: (shockingly said) WHAT??? My case status still says received though ? Does that mean we are approved?
Him: Sir, you are not only approved. Your case has been sent to the Manila Embassy. In this case, your beneficiary is just waiting for the embassy to contact her with the requirements.
Do you want your case number?
Me: OFCOURSE! Thank you sir.!
( so on and so forth )
 
So I got the case number and rushed to my laptop, check the status of it ( NVC site ) and it says " Ready " ( ready for interview!!!!!!!!!!!! ).
 
I was like what the heeeeckkkkkkk ?? So i have been waiting for our approval but our case is ready for an interview.
 
LOL, im not even mad, it's amazing!!!! 
 
TO ALL THE JANUARY FILERS, THE FIRST THING I RECOMMEND FOR YOU GUYS TO DO IN THE MORNING...
 
DO NOT CHECK USCIS STATUS TRACKER, DO NOT CHECK YOU MAIL. TRY CALLING NVC RIGHT AWAY!!
 
PS: January 23, 2017 is my NoA1. Never received a NoA2 hard copy, my WAC receipt never got updated ( Still says RECEIVED )  
 
 
 

Unbelievable... Someone from January has just updated on their status saying they called the NVC just to try their luck... And it turned out not only their petition was approved but already ready at the Embassy.
 
Received case my ###. This is completely nuts...

You're welcome. It is really good to be here in VJ, this place is my escaped and my distraction towards thinking too much about the process, this community helps me chillax(chill and relax).. I am from the Philippines. Where is your fiance from? I really hope and pray USCIS will fix the tracking system soon.. :-)

But still I am very happy for those couples and wishing them an extremely happy holiday together. My fiance only have 2 weeks paid leave each year and this year, he did not use it cause he is saving it for our planned wedding ceremony later on here in the Philippines. Yeah, our plan is to get married in his country and have a formal wedding ceremony later here in Philippines. We were together last March but he used an unpaid leave just to come visit me. It's been only 2 months passed since the last time we're together yet it's driving me crazy already. So how much more in your part which I know you are waiting much longer than I am. So I really feel you and the rest here that seems like been waiting for years now to be reunited with your beloved. And yeah..., you are almost there. Everyday is getting closer to our dream (to be with our beloved). 
 
To the rest of us here, together guys, no matter what race, country, nationality, what kind of blood runs in our veins(even if you are vampire or a werewolf), and no matter which filing month we belong, in this battle we are one as brothers and sisters. We can make it through the rain guys and to those who have been issued and RFEs, stay positive guys, cause every rain comes a rainbow.  Best of luck to all of us here..
